Bliss currently is closed for renovation according to its sign posted on front.

Wednesday night Walking Street and Beach Road were flooded from the thunderstorm rain. Flood level breached over sidewalk curb height on Beach Rd. Forcing all the FLs and the homeless to scramble for shelter on the east side of the road where it's better illuminated thereby had the opportunity to get a good of the faces of the FLs.

I want to support this excellent advice from Crazy4 Thai. As I am an old tired jaded punter these days, my preference is an older lady who I can enjoy time with and if things are good, spend an entire night with. The sexual activities are just one component of the experience, and often these days not even the most important component. As I like massages in Thailand, I use afternoon massages to evaluate massage ladies for later takeout. This last trip in Pattaya I got just a foot massage (no happy ending or anything else, it was out in the public street-facing windowed area of the shop) and ended up finding a lady who was cute and interesting and just fun. I didn't do her that day, but came back the next day and made arrangements for her to meet me at my hotel after she got off work (so no fee to the shop). We got a bit to eat, had a drink or two, and went back and had a nice night. 1500 baht. So I would highly recommend trawling for gash in the massage parlors; I am pretty sure that pretty much any of the massage ladies would be available for takeout (although the logistics might vary).

I only go with young stunners. All of the Thai girls I was with (except for one) were ridiculously warm and playful. I pay on average 4. 5 k a night which is the going rate for young attractive women instead of uglies or old dogs.

Unless you have a wound in your feet, flip flops will do.

Umbrella, I buy the foldable one at 7-11 2/300 boats, no worries to forget it somewhere when rain is over.

Fear of getting wet? Take a girl to the room and do the compulsory shower, she will dry you.

Are you kidding me? I can't believe you, BionicMan, would walk thru those dirty puddles in flip flops. The only people I have ever seen wade through that filth are poor, barefoot, down on their luck, Thais. Not even crazy Russians walk through the backwater and with good reason. Those flash foods on the streets are the result of backed up, overflow, sewer water. I don't consider myself a germaphobe, but there is no way I am going to slosh around in those temporary street ponds. That's filthy polluted water. I hope your tetanus shots are up to date. 555, besides I never wear flip flops except by the pool. I find them terribly uncomfortable for walking any distance, plus I hate the look out on the street or in restaurants/bars. My current favorite shoe is the HOKA ONE ONE Challenger ATR 3. What a great walking shoe although actually it's category is Trail Running Shoe.

I tell you what, Bman. We should hook up one time after a rain storm and you can show me that you do walk through the backed up street water on Sukumvit, BKK in your flip flops. We will both have a laugh and then I will buy the 1st round of a quality craft beer somewhere. And then we will get you a tetanus shot.

A quality umbrella is an abolsute necessity. But I also think a good pair of water proof wading boots is a great idea for the flash floods that occur on many sois after every downpour. Check these bad boys out. The video is impressive.

This is a very good list. I would add just about any massage lady that catches your eye is a strong possibility. It is harder to find "legitimate" massage than massage with extras and I do not mean just a HJ.

I was thinking of cancelling my trip to Pattaya after hearing that there was no daytime opportunities for fun in the city. But my trip is back on now. It looks like I should be able to make myself fairly busy during the day after all!

Paranoid? LOL You really have no idea how many girls are around in Pattaya and available online. And behind Sukhumvit road in the Pattaya Darkside have more and more daytime clubs / bars. Really The bars to be seen are infinite.

I got the telephone bar on my list to check out next month. It's so far off in the middle of nowhere though. Or at least from a newbie perspective looking at a map it is. Pretty simple to catch a motorbike back to central Pattaya? Is it worth the journey? I've contemplated striking it off the map a few times. Guy on another forum insists I have to do it but was unable to give more details.

From second road, drive up Pattaya Tai is around 2,5 km so not much far. Just take a mototaxi (if you don't want drive your own motorbike) and check by your self if the club can suit you. My advice for the newbie: if you are curious about the daytime clubs, go to the clubs and look with your eyes. Sometimes could be a waste of time but sometimes could be alot of fun.

If all else fails, make sure the LT from the previous nights stays till late afternoon. That way you will get your fill.

And I agree the lists shared here are very comprehensive, but they are not highlighting enough the tremendous opportunity that online offers. I had reported a couple of years back about a trip that I had almost exclusively used online to bag women at all times of the day.

I also recently reported noticing an upsurge in the quality and quantity of women available online, and this might have something to do with the new rules. After all girls have to put food on the table and they will find a way to do it.

Absolutely no reason to cancel a trip.

Don't cancel it. Getting a mototaxi is not difficult. Ask the club staff to find you one if required, they are usually very cooperative.

This has been discussed before, even quite recently, and the answer is there is no easiest / best line-ups of girls during the day.

I think you have the following options:
- Massage parlors in the area of Soi Honey / Soi Bukhao and Soi 13-1 and 13-2.
- Maybe 'Gentlemen's Clubs' like Kinnaree Place and The Montana Bar if they are still up and running and worth visting. Didn't see any reports recently about these places.
- WeChat. Although it's a little bit hit or miss in the daytime, but certainly worth a try.

Rainy season in Pattaya is more about a thunder shower like short downpour every few days than a steady, hours long drizzle. Carry one of the $3 umbrellas from 7/11 and you will be fine.

Carry a boat too. I think G&T forgot about the flooding.

The bars in Walking Street generally open around 8 pm, some of them maybe a little bit earlier or later.
I usually go there around 9 pm when there are a decent number of girls and customers already, certainly in high season.

The Windmill A-Go-Go on Soi Diamond still has 7 pm-3:30 am on their website. It fills up quick after opening time.

Don't worry, November marks the start of the dry season. Most likely it will not be completely dry but the really heavy showers are over.
Over the years I've been in Thailand many times in the rainy season and it never really bothered me. In fact the rain is often very welcome when it has been hot for days in a row. It cools down and takes the pollution out of the air.

It's possible that mid-late Nov might be slightly better than early Nov but I wouldn't worry about that either.
