While you are waiting for the Pattaya bars to reopen, consider a quick trip to Phnom Penh. Visa easy to get, no quarantine for vaccinated travellers and a god bar scene now.

I can confirm that 90% of the girly bars are open in Phnom Penh. The official full open date is 1st December but most of the bars are open already. Plenty of girls around, with more arriving daily from their provinces. ST and LT prices very negotiable with the girls keen to meet guys. Streets 130 and 136 still have the highest concentration of bars, with streets 104,110, 118 and 5 also having some open bars. Drinks prices are reasonable. Actually, the 285 baht breakfast buffet at Casa Pascal is five percent less expensive than the 300 baht one at the LK Empress. But as I noted in my original post that's not going to break any of us.
