I'd wait for Thailand. What's the rush? it will still be there 3, 4, 6 months from now when bars reopen. I'd pick Bangkok over Pattaya now due to restrictions.

I have a different philosophy. I already bought refundable airline tickets for my January and March international flights. If Thailand doesn't improve by flight time, I'll get a refund. I'll address test-and-go things, visa, and Thailand pass soon. I'll worry about hotels and domestic flights about two weeks before travel time.

Regarding airline prices, I've never seen a greater pricing disparity from airline-to-airline or from schedule-to-schedule. For my travel needs, I've seen round trip economy seats ranging from $700 to $4000, premium economy from $1400 to $24,000 and business class from $4500 to $30,000. Of course, the prices change frequently.

Phnom Penh. Bars have recently reopened. No quarantine. As long as you're vaccinated you're in.

Jakarta. Bars have been open for some time. A few days quarantine in Bali if you are from one of 19 countries. Get a hut in a resort on a beach facing the ocean and quarantine will be pretty enjoyable.

In my personal opinion, this is the best time for mongering in Pattaya I have experienced. But, it's not a good time for guys who want to see hundreds of ladies in gogos.

There are plenty of ladies hungry for customers, but you have to go to TreeTown, Camel Toe, or a handful of other places. I get pinged by ladies all day, every day, looking for customers.

I have planned only 2 weeks in Bangkok while 6 weeks are in Pattaya, hope its right decision in January.

Soi 6 is closed.

TreeTown is your best bet, followed by Camel Toe restaurant. I am hearing that there are 26 ladies working at Camel Toe, and they are busier than before Covid. I see on Facebook that Heaven club in Pratumnak is open as a pizza place with ladies, so I will check it out.

I am off to Bangkok for a few days to see the bars. I am bringing 2 ladies from Pattaya, 2 days apiece.

Meanwhile, I had a Mamasan over for drinks, but she was a lightweight, and passed out in my bed fairly quickly. Next time, there will be less drinking and more fucking. I hope.

The new lady showed up the other night, a bit chunkier than I had hoped, and zero English. After some drinking, she grabbed my arm, and was rubbing my hand all over her for the rest of the night, she wouldn't let go, except when she was doing lap dances. But, the next day, she complained to my ex that she was scared of me since I was pawing her. Maybe she felt guilty after going home to see her husband.

The bars are still scheduled to open on January 16, which will be the day the ladies in my fan club forget about me. I was planning to leave Thailand about that date, maybe to go to Cambodia, but Omicron might force me to stay inside Thailand for a while.

My ex clearly has a new customer "boyfriend" lined up, the only question is when she moves in with him. Her twin sister is trying to figure out how to get into pole position, despite having a Thai boyfriend, and not liking to fuck (her Thai boyfriend has an injury and can't fuck on demand). I have a few more weeks of alternating between the twins.

The big lesson from Covid has been for Farangs living in Pattaya NOT to get tied down by a Thai lady, those poor fucks have to sneak out for quickies. I have been fucking an ever changing rotation of 20 or 30 ladies since my ex moved out, no reason for changing the rotation for a single lady. And, with the bars opening next month, most ladies will be anxious to grab as many customers as possible. Already, guys in Europe and America are messaging their plans to come to Pattaya Real Soon Now to ladies. Once a lady runs into a "customer before", her allegiance to her current Farang boyfriend gets real shaky, and that's how they end up single working bar again.

Yes, this virus could be a game changer again and possibly could extend the restrictions on nightlife and alcohol sales. This virus is 500% more contageous than the Delta variant and is expected to spread to all continents. Here we go again.

I can also attest to P72 being a great place to stay. I've never eaten at their restaurant but their rooms are clean comfortable and never had any issues with guests coming to visit me at the hotel.

Particularly if you stay in the "new" section which is on the other side of the Soi from reception. The rooms are newer and you take girls up with out showing ID. With the way Walking Street is at the moment I don't know if I would stay there as you may be well away from the action. I have had breakfast once and it was OK but I only remember eating because of the girl serving me at the time.

Anyone know if Lolitas on Soi Chaiyapoon is still open?

Lolitas is closed, I will need to take another look at the front of the building my drive by in the past it looked from the front that it might be closed for good? As for the Soi also known as Soi Potholes it is still there with potholes recently filled in a bit the bars are still closed except for one or two sneaking around many of the massage places are open but the popular Amon is closed that is during my drive daytime.
