I was wanting to know how prices of food compared and are there as many street vendors with food. And do visa runs work the same or not really as they did pre COVID.

I can say that I am on soi 6 allot and three years ago you had tons of street vendors going up and down the street. Example would be those pie carts with the gravy on top. You would see those go by five times a night but not anymore. Soi 6 has rebounded with bars and girls being open but the street vendors are lacking. Those coffee drink carts all tried getting together and raising their prices from 20 to 25 baht while its still 20 baht in Bangkok. All that's done is hurt their business. Prices have stayed reasonable I would say. Now for guys looking for a taste of back home (trust me on this). Go to Charlie Beach on soi 13/2 and order the pork chop with mash / w gravy. It comes with fresh baked bread for 180 baht. Pork chop is pretty good although a tad thin but its the mash with gravy that is amazing.

As to visa runs. Not sure they are running those border vans anymore so flying in and out via the airport might be the only option right now.

I'm in Cali too. Eating out has gotten too pricey for me so I rarely if ever eat out. Saving every dollar possible for my Thailand trip in August. That $24.65 Chipotle damn near pays for an ST session LOL.

I was there May 3rd. Right when restrictions lifted and yeah I like Beach Road. Plus you can chit chat with the ladies and get their vibe. I like the adorable ones who run up to me and say "Can you fuck my ass, " "I want you to cum inside my pussy" - those classy Thai freelancers get me every time. Plus. As I am here in California eating my meagre Chipotle lunch with a soda. Cost of $24.65 - I can also say 'here here" to your observation about prices. Still reasonably cheap food down in Pattaya and 7-11's everywhere. Think I'll go back myself soon.

I agree wholeheartedly. My most recent 3 month visit was epic. It was especially cool to have some chick I fucked introduce me to a new 20 yo girl that's just barely starting off.

Last time I was here I RTFF and got some great gems of clubs at soi 6 (can't recall the names unfortunately) which were amazing, I could buy ladydrinks at first floor in a secluded corner and girls would allow me to get really frisky, even got a BBJ there. A few less gogo bars on walking and brass houses on soi 6. LK fully open. Soi boomerang, pothole and Treetown all much bigger than pre Covid. Plenty of the old crappy no AC beer bars have gone and unlikely to come back. Thankfully the skank freelancers that blighted beach road are slowly being eradicated now. Loving every day here for the last 8 years.
