Hey fella's I've been in & out of Phuket mostly 3 trips many months. I'm looking to play & pay in BKK & Pattaya.

Any recommendations on where to stay, in either BKK or Pattaya (I want to plant in one place for a month) for very easy access to plenty of women?

Strippers, clubs, good bar girls, discos, students.

Apartment or hotel. Budget on the month stay I want to keep around $800

Cheapest would be condos typically the ones in which the locals stay.

Pattaya: 3 to 4, 000 baht a month in and around soi buakaow and south Pattaya road.

BKK: 4 to 5, 000 baht a month for starters a bit deeper in the sois off sukhumvit, shop house types.

BKK better to find students.

Close to good looking healthy women & entertainments. I don't want to have to worry about walking or driving 10 miles back & forth if ultimately

Here you go Mystery. Knock yourself out. But I have to tell you that $800 is a lot of fucking money in these parts. It will be hard to find something that costs that much. That is damn near half of my rent for the entire year.

I am currently in Pattaya and staying at a nice. 4 Star, English owned mid range Hotel. (around 2, 000 Baht / night.)

A client of mine in BKK called me and asked me which hotel I was using, the price and if I liked it (he wanted to book 2 overseas business visitors in.)

I gave him the required information and he called the hotel to make a booking.

Everything was good until reception asked him the nationality of the guests. He told them 'They are Indian! '

"Sorry Sir, Indians are not welcome at this hotel" was the reply from the receptionist!

She could not even be bothered to use the lie 'sorry we are full! '

The guys he wanted to book in were upper middle class, well travelled Indians, with good jobs, company expense accounts and credit cards.

I wonder how many Pattaya hotels have a blanket ban on visitors from 'certain' countries!

Lots of inexpensive guesthouses (500 to 1000+ baht a night) around Soi Buakhao, especially near the intersections with Soi Diana, Soi Leng Kee, Soi LK Metro, and Soi Chaiyapoom.

There are beer bars, go-go bars, massage shops, etc, all around this area. You can catch a "baht bus" to Walking Street for 10 baht, too. A motorcycle taxi will take you to Soi 6 for 40 baht.

If that is $800. 00 USD, at 30 to 1 ratio that gives you 24, 000 baht. You can stay in BKK or Pattaya or do a split? You will be able to stay and eat and see a lot of girls but you won't be able to stay in a hotel, more a basic apartment Thai style and have enough money for one LT session or 2 ST session the Whole month. You might get more if you stick to Beach Road or Chinatown in BKK.

Hope that amount for your sake is only for the hotel?

Totally disagree, just walk at Patong area at night, definitely more noisy than Pattaya, thousands of single ladies available in the bars and discotheques, many go-go's too, soi lion and soi tiger come to mind. There is more than enough action. Plus so much more to do in terms of touristy stuff. Been there thrice, and found so much action in low season, most forum members will agree. From your report, it clearly shows you've never been there, please do not mislead people on the forum, there are often some grey areas in discussions, things which may appear different to different people, based on their experience, but this is definitely not one of them.

Soi Lion now gone, demolished last year. Agree with you that there are lots of options, but Patong is changing and not for the better. The old Soi Seadragon also demolished and replaced with something that is more like an airport terminal. Hope Soi Seadragon has improved for my next trip, but I didn't like it last time. Must count my trips to Phuket, but it must be somewhere around 25+. Sure Patong has go-go's but they don't hold a candle to those in Pattaya or Bangkok.
