I was disappointed to hear about the difficulties to be expected in Batam. Bali is not racking up rave reviews from mongers either; sounds like another place where, if possible, one should "bring sand". Pity.
I appreciate your favorable comments on Vietnam. Very few others have commented at all. I was expecting Vietnam to be thin from a mongering perspective, but I am interested in see the country so I'll keep it on the hit list but likely downgrade the amount of time I spend there.
I also appreciate your comments on Siem Reap / Ankor what. I'll stop there with high expectations for the temples and low expectations for mongering (based on the feedback of others).
Thanks for the warning about Malaysia. I can't do this trip and not go there, but I can downscale the time I was planning to spend there.
I have received really helpful input from you and about 7 or 8 others, all of which will help me refine my plans.

I won't bar fine from here (and they typically won't go below 1500 baht BF before midnight in any case), but won't mind a drink, and some viewing pleasures.
P.s. There is an Up to You Bar (not a Go-Go) on soi 6 but nowhere close to WS and quality is variable.

As for Pattaya, I spent 28 days in Pattaya in February of 2015. The hunting was very good indeed. I chronicled it day by day (see 28 Days in Pattaya).

It is now on the hit parade and climbing like a rocket.
Bali was not bad. Girls were generally always willing to accept a lower price:
I might scale back the time investment on this one and, for sure, I'll negotiate.
Macau is worth visiting to experience the unbelievable spas there:
I'll stop by for the spa experience.
In the Philippines, my first stop was Manila and Makati:
I was in Manila for two weeks about a year ago and didn't much care for the place.
Boracay:
I was there for a week about a year ago and had a good time. But maybe that was because I brought a girl from Angeles City with me.
Puerto Galera. Never made it:
I am leaning toward switching out Puerto Galera for Cebu.
Spent a week in Palawan. Puerto Princessa, has some girls in the local clubs near the airport, but it's not worth a flight from MNL:
Agreed. I was there about a year ago for a few days. Dull.
The main resort town of El Nido is mainly couples and back / flash packers with a few LB's in the beach bars. Nice place but not for mongering:
Agreed, I finished off my last trip to the Philippines with four days in El Nido; got bitten by two mosquitos and ended up with both malaria and dengue fever.
I went to Vietnam several years ago and had a relatively good time in Saigon though found Hanoi to be sorely lacking:
I'm thinking of scaling back my investment of time in Vietnam from two weeks to one.
Would recommend skipping Cat Ba entirely due to the blustery climate that time of year.
I visited both Kuching and Kina Kinabalu in Borneo. The scene in both cities is very hidden. You won't find FL's generally trolling the streets and most of the action is confined to MP's. Fellow member, Hafni, is a good source for the latter city of KK. There is a great 4 hand massage place there that he can direct you to. Kuching is a nice place but really dead for nightlife:
This surprised me. I am going to have to rethink this aspect of the trip.
The same can be said for Siem Reap. The nightlife is triple weak and the local girls appear to keep a low profile and local contacts are the way to go:
I may skip Siem Reap entirely, or maybe hit there just to see Ankor what.
Phnom Penh, on the other hand, was ridiculously easy to find hot girls:
Very good to know. I'll dial in more Phnom Pehn.
I skipped Sihanoukville due to mediocre reviews on this board:
This really surprised me. Sihanoukville has such a reputation! More research required.
I spent a good part of the trip living in Bangkok. It's the Mecca of everywhere else:
I spent two weeks there two years ago, so I might give it a miss this time.
Visited four islands in the Gulf. Not much to report, which says it all except Ko Samui was not as much fun as I hoped.
I am thinking of adding Hat Yai and Hua Hin to the hit list.
I would certainly add Pattaya to your itinerary. It lives up to its reputation and then some:
I spent four weeks there six months ago. What an awesome place!
Also, went to Penang in Malaysia but was terrible for any girls. Skip it!
Thanks for the counsel.
KL certainly has some interesting venues but the only problem is it's an expensive city.
I am debating this one for sure.
Singapore is not so great these days but maybe someone else with recent experience can comment:
Worth a quick peek, then on to surer things.
Let me close by thanking you and others for this kind of input. I appreciate the fact that it takes time to write something as detailed and as thoughtful as this. It is helping me refine my draft itinerary. Food for thought, and advice leavened with experience: exactly what I need at the planning stage.

Went in here last night, very busy and big mix of girls, maybe 50-75 approx, 10's down to 2's and without doubt a smattering of LB's. Pole dancing, showering, stage dancing and various stage shows, no pressure to have girl sit with you, and if do virtually anything goes. Good security, drinks standard gogo prices. Bar fine last night was 1000 bhat although 1500 bhat quoted. The 10's 5000 bhat all night leaving at around 15.00 next day.

Pardon my off-topic query. Too lazy to RTFF or visit Thepprasit. Any place in central pattaya that sells the fresh, uncut fruit?
Thank you in advance, have fun and stay safe.

Twice I have taken year long around the world trips in 2011 and 2014 the goals of the trip were 1. Sightseeing 2. Mongering.
For example in Peru I stayed a few days in Lima for mainly Mongering and enjoying the fine restaurants, I then went to Cuzco and Machu Pichu for the incredible sight seeing. While in the Philippines it was 7 days in Angeles to enjoy the ladies and 7 days in Boracay to enjoy the beaches and relax, yes I did monger a couple nights in Boracay but it wasn't my priority those days.
Contrast that with a friend of mine who is currently on a year long round the worlder. He is all about the puss. His trip is 99% Mongering. I'm honestly not sure if we were in Aqaba if he would go to Petra or go and find a seedy brothel. Sightseeing is not his priority at all. When we go to an ice cream joint some of us would choose vanilla others chocolate might be a mint chocolate chip or a butter pecan among us. You need to sit down and write down all the things you want to experience during your 100 day mega trip, look at your budget and then rough draft out a schedule.
