Finally back in Pattaya after 4 years. First day in the city after a long travel so I was feeling too lazy to head out and instead checked through TF for someone to come to my room. Found a cute 25 why. O spinner who claimed she just arrived in Pattaya after staying in her hometown since covid started and long time no boom boom.

The way I fucked her or rather the way she fucked me, I certainly believe her LOL. She did a really good blowjob, deep and gagging just like I enjoy it and sex was great too. I didn't cum for a couple of weeks so couldn't hold it in that long but it was still worth the 1500 baht.

Gave her 2000 because she was just amazing. She had surgery done on her boobs earlier in the year she said and they looked great. I prefer natural but they were nice to squeeze too, weren't hard as I expected. I guess there is different kinds of implants? Asked about anal on LINE afterwards if I would meet her again but she said she only does anal if she have a boyfriend LOL.

Great start and looking forward for tomorrow already. I plan to stay a month this time.

Just like in the western world, aside from truly enjoying sex I would say women who are best in bed have had a wide variety of BFs / long term hook ups thus they have learned a lot. Girls who are the worst probably have had 1 BF and thus they know that way and that's it. The typical backstory for a girl getting into the game is she got knocked up by her Thai BF when she was 15-18, he left her (obviously), and now she needs a way to support the child and her family taking care of the child. They do not have experience, and that's why they are such starfish when they start out.

You are good for in and out, just hope you never have to stay there. When I had a foot injury in 2015 they tried to make me stay overnight. I remembered my friends saying if you ever have to stay it will cost $500/ day. I told them no thanks, I only live around the corner and can come back tomorrow. They got mad, but the bill was only 1000 baht.

Better luck if you are a Thai. A buddy's girl is just getting over cancer. He said when she was first diagnosed he had taken her to that hospital and had to pay 15,000 baht. When they found out the problem they started going to the government hospital in Sri Racha every week and they never had to pay anything.

I mentioned this before, but there is a disturbing trend among bars in Pattaya, they are having Thai men inside, in some cases, employing them.

There are some potential issues with having Thai men in Farang bars:

    1) Thai ladies often feel embarrassed if they see Thai men, especially if the ladies are naked or playing with customers.

    2) Some ladies will want to hook up with the Thai men after work. Once they are in a relationship, if they go with customers, the Thai man may react poorly.

    3) Some Thai men are close enough to the police that can call the police about infractions, and get a cut of the resulting payoffs. Typically, when alerted to, as an example, illicit nudity, the police will raid the bar, and close it until they are paid.

Most likely it was Angeles City where I caught what I initially thought was Bacterial Conjunctivitis due to the extremely acute symptoms, but subsequent doctors have identified the malady as viral, probably an adenovirus- which would at least explain the duration (2 weeks of hell). The infection had complications, turning my immune system against my own eye, which caused a corneal abrasion in one eye that has resulted in blurry vision. The experience has been awful, to say the least. I am in no rush to return to Philippines after this.

Yesterday I visited the Pattaya Bangkok Hospital on the advice of one of my lady friends and had an excellent experience. The facility is clean, expansive, up to all first world standards, and the staff and doctor were excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. My doctor calmed me and assured me the abrasion should likely heal within a week and was able to show me images on the monitor, etc. She also removed a protein membrane that had built up over the cornea and conjunctiva which was wild to see come out of my eye. Total damage for consult, removal and prescriptions was 3000 baht. I'm sure in a North American hospital it would've been at least 5 times this, and much more of a hassle. I was in and out like a breeze.

I was strictly ordered not to wear contact lenses, so for the next week or so I will be mongering with my coke bottle glasses, which is definitely a handicap, but then again it is low season so maybe it equals out. Nerds can be sexy too with enough baht.

Mostly I just wanted to post about my positive experience at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital in case other guys are in need of medical attention.

Certainly, the hospital is to impress but being 5-star looking doesn't mean you will get 5-star treatment. There is a Darkside to the medical system and treatment particularly here in Pattaya which I know and experience for over 15 years. When I visited for short trips like you and many your story is how it came across to me whenever I needed something " SMALL " and thank your lucky star that is all you need or get when visiting.

The small cost you experience here in the short term is what many leave raving about the cost comparing it to treatment and cost in the West. But I can tell you stories first hand that I have experience and experiences of other Expat first hand at Expat and sports clubs I've been associated that what you see on the surface isn't the true extent of the system here.

When I use the phrase " cookie-cutter " these are infections, STDs, accidents wounds or cuts, full physical examines to attract medical tourists, laser surgery, angioplasty heart procedures, knee replacement, and hip, these are as common here and push because it is simple like going into a dentist and getting your teeth clean.

Illusion? I have many family members who are Doctors who practice in different fields retired and current and biased but when it comes to medicine in West Thailand can't hold a candle for cost there are many things associated with high cost make no mistakes there are problems but they don't look at you like an ATM the way these hospitals when service goes beyond just an infection.

Just thank God infection is all you get or have aside from that if they ever arrive in an ambulance the ride alone will be 3000 baht, and if you need them to attach a finger emergency good luck! I know ex-pats who work at this hospital as liaisons and another on Soi 4, in town, both their daily morning briefing is how many test quotas they need to break even. The greatest worry for Expat like myself when you reach the age and point of no return is what to do if you really get sick and no matter how much one says it won't happen to me lying to yourself it will happen just like you are born and will die getting sick is what happens in the middle!

Stay safe everyone and hope you never need more than a bacteria cleaning!

    Laying Low

I've been laying low recovering from my conjunctivitis- good news is the infection has finally cleared, however blurry vision remains in one eye.

As for mongering, I've seen a provider I know from earlier this summer a couple times and took a hot, young spinner with nice fake tits from thaifriendly (wanted 1500 for condom but agreed to 2000 baht for BBFS, CIP), but my sex drive remains low due to generally being bummed about having vision loss (hopefully temporary) in one eye, and walking around with super thick glasses that aren't even really a good prescription for my eye that does work.

If not for my current situation I would say this is an ideal time to be in Pattaya- there are not a lot of punters around, but all the girls remain so it's a good ratio. Thaifriendly girls in particular seem eager to close deals. I think my activities will remain subdued until my health improves, but I feel like Pattaya has plenty to offer in the meantime- I enjoy going to the gym, cafes, walking on the beach, etc. After having just come from Angeles City and Phnom Penh I would say Pattaya is far superior to both in terms of mongering and also daily life activities, amenities and comfort. It's also incredibly cheap.

I went to Escape club tonight. Dozens of scantily clad ladies, and some Windmill style shows.

I'll let you guys get back to talking about Vietnam.

It's ironic you mention this. Back in 2019 I was in Thailand (mainly Pattaya) and was quite sick (flu or cold I don't know). Eventually it worked it's way to my eye. By this time I was in Pnom Phen and was headed to Hanoi. By the time I got to Hanoi the eye was shut, blood red and full of goo. Went to an American clinic there and got the needed meds but the eye wasn't getting better so had to cut my trip and head back home. Haven't been back to SEA since, heading to Thailand in August. Hoping for better health luck, I seem to be sick the majority of the time I'm in SEA.

There is a gap between theory and practice. And this difference can be seen in the situation.

Glad the hospital was to your liking. Unlike adenovirus, which interested me more. Scary stuff.

    My recent stay in Pattaya

I have been going every year to SEA since 2003, sometimes twice a year. This long standing trend was interrupted by Covid, but I was still lucky. I only missed 2021. I had last visited in January of 2020, well before they closed the borders on March 2020.

I did not know what to expect from this trip. From reading ISG, I was not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I managed to have a good time.

On this trip, my plan was to visit Singapore for 4 days, Bangkok 4 days, Pattaya for 5 days, then back to Singapore for 2 days before heading back home. Singapore was the least fun part of this trip, because Geylang was pretty much closed. I had a good time in Bangkok (see trip report).

I arrived in Pattaya on a Thursday afternoon, from Bangkok. It was hot and muggy in Pattaya. I checked in at LK Empress hotel, on Soi 12 & Beach Road. After some rest, I took a stroll on Beach Road around 5 pm. It was relatively quiet, but I kept walking up and down the beach after such a long absence. Eventually, I reached the Pattaya Beer Garden, at the entrance of Walking Street. It was starting to get dark and I was hungry. A fellow expat was joining me for dinner. We sat down, had a few drafts, ate dinner and started reminiscing about the past.

After we finished our dinner, we decided to take a stroll on walking street. The scene was subdued, to say the least. Many buildings were abandoned and left in ruin. They were redoing the pavement and they were halfway done. At this time of the year, it rains on a regular basis there. It had rained during the day, and the ground was soft, with a wet dirt. Hence, it was preferable to avoid walking on the street and the sidewalks were not wide enough to accommodate the large crowd. That was not much fun.

Some of the Gogo bars were open and the girls were outside, chanting the welcaam slogan. Actually, I would say most of the Gogo bars were open but not busy. After one tour, we decided to leave the area and went back to Beach road. Walked for a while and my buddy wanted to call it a night. He left and I continued on my own. As I got close to my hotel, I spotted a Free Lancer (FL) on the road. After some negotiations, I decided to take her to my hotel, 1 K bahts for ST. She was average at best.

The FL scene was very active, and started around sunset. I was helping myself every night with a different FL. The typical price asked was 1 K bahts.

I also checked during the day the body massage on Soi Honey, close to Soi Diana. I went there 3 times during my stay and I was very pleased with my selection, one repeat and 2 new girls.

I did not do any LT (long time) as I prefer to sleep alone these past few years.

In addition, my expat buddy and I checked out Tree Town and we were both impressed with the atmosphere. We ended up visiting that place every night. However, it was very crowded on Saturday night, but much less hectic on week days.

Overall, I had a good time in Pattaya, and I would encourage folks to go visit at this time. I plan to come back in the winter, January / February, for my usual once a year visit.

Speaking of discotheques, my memory tells me that there was a Marine Disco in Pattaya going back quite a few years. Really big place that drew a late night crowd with loads of freelancers-almost like Help in Rio. I was surprised to see that it appears to be still around, albeit temporarily closed, so they say. Surprised because it doesn't seem to get any mentions on the forum, not that I've read, anyway.
