Hey folks. Been 5 weeks since my last trip to Thailand so think I need another one soon. Planning on going over in July and August for 2 months. Can anyone recommend a long stay hotel? Alternatively does anyone know if it's possible to get a condo in Pattay or Jomtien for a couple of months. lookig for somthing quite up market.

Last year I stayed in Pattaya Baywalk and they had a 1000 THB rate per day if you book one months in low season. Normal price is about 1600-1800 THB. I can recommend, also it's very central and good wifi. Opposite is Fraser Resort, a bit upscale but I guess good.
According Condo there are View Talay 6, next to Central Festival Center. There are some rent offices. One offers only >3months rentals. The other also short term contracts, but the lazy Philippine girl in the office prefered to have private calls, instead telling me the conditions. I guess the Boss wouldn't be happy about her attitude to her work.

How could you be certain that your Thai girl is "clean"? Do you require her recent HIV and other STDs test results prior fucking her? How would the results be relevant if in the meanwhile the girl has fucked bareback with her Thai boyfriend (as it is often the case)? And how could you be sure that, for instance, a HIV test result is genuine in Thailand? I've undergone a few HIV rapid tests at public hospitals (300 baht and results are given within the hour) and my name was not mentioned on the results, only the number of the test (and of course, at the hospital and only there, they know that this test was mine). So, even if you see the results of a HIV test, you cannot know for sure that they really are those of the girl you want to fuck!

Yes, that's a sensitive advice. Now, just think about the number of punters who got BBBJ (and sometimes even bareback FS) between two STDs tests from those girls working in what is, according to you, safer places regarding sexual diseases transmission. I don't think that anyone could name a P4P place that is 100% safe in this respect anywhere in Thailand.

A condom can only protect so much. Part of safe sex in Pattaya is to make sure of the statisical risk pool you are screwing with. Clean girls who take care of them selves, and then check them for STD's at the clinic. Then wear a condom.

I know you mentioned 10AM but what are the normal working hours of the SPs in that location? I usually ride my motorbike that way when I head over to Jomtien but I have never noticed any action there.

Don't expect to find a lot of providers here, but during the morning, usually 2 or 3 girls are working there, while in the afternoon (at 4 or 5 pm for instance), you should find about 6-8 girls in this area.

I've never seen a ladyboy here so far, but it's quite possible that a couple of them are also working there sometimes.

I've been visiting that area for more than 10 years, and have never been disappointed.

There are some roses amongst the thorns, and as Goyave says sex can be had for 2/300bt. I usually go to either the girls rooms (often in Flybird condo) or to a local short-time hotel for 100bt.. Don't fancy going into the bushes!

I have on 2 occasions had 2 girls together, and for 500bt that included some lesbian play.

I didn't really know which part of the Pattaya forum to post this. I have put it here. Maybe it will be moved. Maybe someone will complain and it will be deleted. Let's C.

For me, I think the main aim of this forum is to provide valuable information for people just arriving in Pattaya, thinking of visiting Pattaya and Thai women. This is what I am going to try and attempt to do. For the people who have already ready read Saint Mint and consider me to be a Newbie, 4 Month Wonder, Guerilla Marketer etc. This is not for you. This is not for local Thai ex-pats.

My first visit to Pattaya was I the early nineties. A 10 day vacation turned into a six month vacation. Well, I did go home but, more or less got on the next flight back to Thailand. For the 10 day vacation I stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel. The name has now changed to the Marriott. The only issue I had back then was the joiner fee. Although then, I was just a tourist flashing cash and didn't really care. I understand the Marriott is now joiner friendly.

During my stay I was reading a book about a very famous sports personality from the sixties. Girls seemed to love him. He used to shag Miss Worlds for breakfast. Well, sat round the pool reading this at the Royal Garden got me very excited. He was a kind of my role model. Now I was in Pattaya and I shagged my Miss Worlds. I was in fantasy land. Day time in the Sabai Rooms and Sabai Land and, in the evening, picking up girls at the Marine Bar. The ten days just flew by. It was an alcoholic shag fest.

Flying back home all I could think about was getting back to Thailand. I had already quit my job prior to the ten day vacation. As the plane descended through the clouds to land I knew that I had to get back to Thailand ASAP. The doom and gloom of the clouds just depressed me. So, a few days after taking off from Thailand I was back again. The same smells and heat, that hit me in the face on my first visit, hit me again. This time I didn't mind.

The next Thai girl to come into my life turned out to be called Nok. We stayed at the Asia Pattaya. I had originally met her in Soi 8. Again 19 years old. For a couple of years life with Nok was very good. She kept the house looking good. Fed me well and sex was still great just no so frequent. Not so frequent was mainly down to me. During the week I would have to wake up at 05. 00 leave the house by 05. 30. Get to work at 07. 00. Finish work around 18. 30 and be home by 20. 00. Most nights I was shagged and didn't feel like shagging. The weekends were OK. We had some good sessions.

Then, after 2 years things really began to change. The house looked a tip. Very rarely would there be food on the table when I got home from work and, if I wanted weekend sex I would have to find her first. Where would I find her? In a neighbors house. Sitting on the floor. In a circle with a group of neighbors. Playing cards. I liked to sleep late Saturday and, when I did wake up, I needed shag. Most times Nok would not be there. One day I came home from work and a neighbor told me she was at the hospital. She had borrowed money from the neighbor, 70, 000 Baht, and had the implants. They were massive. They looked like Pamela Andersons gone wrong. When she lent forward she toppled over. I hated them. Still had to pay.

3. Can we get married? So we got married.
