It's a different ball game living somewhere and being on vacation somewhere. It's okay to spend like that if you are on vacation because you are making memories and should not be jaded in that short of time. You don't see people who live in Las Vegas running out to the casinos and shows every night. When you live somewhere you should learn the real ropes. Not to mention, if you tried to go to a gogo/bar everyday you would soon go broke. Just like the guys recently talking about a bar fine for 1500 and giving a girl 3000 for LT. If you live in Pattaya you could have someone on retainer for a month for that much and get them to come over when you want. Tip: If you are going to a bar or disco and you are drinking liquor, then it is best to buy a bottle. If you order a single drink and compare it to what comes out of a bottle that you bought you can tell that the single drinks are drastically watered down.

Great report FruitNinja, right on the money and all well done. If I can add a suggestion is that you go to work the disco / FLs, sometime you can find great value there, like my beloved nympho Som and many others. It's a little more effort but will train your selection skills like nothing else, and can be very, very rewarding. You always have a plan B if you need it.

Also, you can find plenty of places at 428 Bt daily (on a weekly basis) instead of 4,280 freeing up Bt 3,852 Bt for the hobby. Fully adjustable A/C, backing up the best excuse "sorry I have money nitnoi", and no wasted breakfast to share with uncommunicative girls.

I stayed at the Stay Hotel on soi 10. Got the suite so it was pricy at 4280. Breakfast for two included. I got to stop doing that breakfast thing because quite frankly I don't like eating breakfast with hookers that I can't communicate with. I'd rather read the NYTimes and start my day off relaxed. The hotel is newer so the rooms are very nice. Decent sized TV, very nice bathroom with a large walk in shower. Two problems though. 1. The internet slows to a crawl when a lot of people are using it. The lobby is always good. If you have a network cable it works fine. If you have a Mac Air you'll need an adapter. You can find one at Tucon (sp) on South Pattaya Road. 2. The air-conditioning is shit. It's either the arctic or the sahara. No in-between. I used a little yankee ingenuity and closed off half the vent with a towel then at night I cranked it and left the balcony door somewhat open. I was able to make it somewhat comfortable. Definitely not to western standards. Not sure why they even have a thermostat. I do like staying on 10. It's close to the mall and I like the food court. Great crepes. The girl starts making it as soon as she sees me. It's also quiet. Decent massage place right across from the stay. Although I think I'm getting too old for Thai massages. They can be brutal. It's also an easy walk to Walking street. I usually start at 8 and work my way down...
