Sir, with all respect it is an old paper clip in 2015. Last 7 years Indian GDP growth is surpassing many countries and the living standards and socioeconomic status are going at a racing speed. Agencies and hotels from Thailand are being in tie up with lots of travel groups in India to promote group travel, an evidence of booming economy after covid. Of course the mannerism showed by the groups are not up to the western standard. But that doesn't mean that they are all gays. Younger generations are highly sophisticated and the standard of travelling became greater quality these days. Exceptions are allways there but please don't generalise. Ultimately the motive of we people are mainly mongering.

    Warm regards.

Title IX is the section you'll want to review.

I don't see anything suggesting prostitution "in a brothel" is illegal as your link suggested. Unless it is a brothel where the deed is on public display I suppose. Running a brothel, pimping as in helping someone procure a prostitute, living off the money someone else earns from prostitution, age-related, by force or coersion, etc, yes, I see those behaviors cited as illegal.

We might remember the wording of the pimping offence when we are asked here, "Can anyone recommend where I can get a good blah blah blah"? LOL. Oh, and maybe the parts about coersion when we've bought her a 7th Ladydrink before we "go with the flow and see what happens in the room".

But a customer and a prostitute engaging in the exchange of sex for money "in a brothel", I don't see that in the code. Unless I just missed it somewhere.

Otherwise, I stand by my previous statement on it. Sure, a corrupt government or police force could arrest you for just standing on the street. But that isn't something anyone can realistically protect against by being careful, cautious or good.
The link you have is the Penal Code for different sex crimes. The Act pertaining to Prostitution is the The Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996. They are different Acts. You are correct that the act of prostitution itself isn't illegal. But they have so many "grey areas and interpretations" that basically they can throw down the hammer anytime at anybody. What the heck is a brothel anyways? Soapies? Technically they are soapy massages. But then again, they operate like brothel with sex on the premises. Everything is disguised as massages. The wording is so vague. "Taking away a person for the act of prostitution" is illegal. What the hell does that mean? Barfine? If anybody gets caught in some sort of raid, which does happen. Do not argue on how prostitution is perfectly legal in Thailand. Just go with the flow and don't make a big deal out of it.

LOL. What recent poll? Plenty of racism, xenophobia towards India in western media cherry picking sensational headlines.

The world average is 101/100 male to female. China has 105/110. India has 110/100 which is moving rapidly towards 101/100 in next 2 decades.

In fact, in last decade, Indias male to female ratio is at par with many western countries.

    Soi 6 Prices

It's my final days in Pattaya and being a little drained with the usual things I decided to conduct an experiment on Soi 6. A lot of talk of increased prices and recent comments stating they paid 1,500 plus room cost. So, I walked down Soi 6 and propositioned around 10 random girls for ST (all average to slightly average and above in looks). The quote for the room was always 300-400 baht and every girl quoted me 1,000 baht for her up front, no negotiations needed. No need to pay 1,500 baht, any girl that quotes you more than that, walk off and find another as most do 1,000 baht. There's hundreds of girls on the Soi to choose from, no need to get stuck on one and pay 500 baht plus extra.

Yes, yes true about Skewed Sex ratios. Tragically now Women shortage and so sexual frustration and Female Molestation.

Also Cultural prejudice of Family women being saints and all others are sinners affects attitude to women and I see this in very successful men in USA. Just throwing some light not justifying BAD Behavior.
Lack of access to sex is an issue everywhere, in western and non-western countries, just in different ways. Personally, as an American, eventhough I'm tall and above average looking, I never had luck with women, could never get dates let alone relationships. That's what led me to being a punter. My first time in Thailand was in 2017, instantaneously, I went from depression to happiness. Thailand is quite the elixir to men's problems back home. As monotonous and depressing life can get back in the US, I always have travel and punting to eventually look forward to.

Thailand: The Land of Free Pussy

So normally each month I cash exchange $2000 USD for strictly pussy, blowjobs, handjobs, and naughty massages. This is my monthly budget just for mongering, not food, drinks, rent, etc.

Back in February this year, at a booth rate of 32.5 to $1. I was given 65,000 baht.

    When I arrived a month ago, I got a rate of 36.5 to $1. I was given 73,000 baht.

    Today, I got a rate of 37.6 to $1. I was given 75,200 baht.

My rate I pay for ST with a girl is a standard 1100-1500 for 1 hour. Most of the time, I rarely budge from that range offer. And I mean extremely rare. If my trigonometry is correct, I figure I got 5-7 free pussies since my last stay in February. And and possibly 2 more free pussies for the month of October. Or should I just splurge on an absolutely "free" stunner for 2000?

And yes, even though you pay for things, it's technically free if it is found money and no work is involved. You find a 60 baht on the ground and go buy pad krao pao goon for lunch. Your lunch was free, free, free. Keep that in mind when governments keep printing that money. Kakakaka.

Vague and confusing laws and rules which allows for multiple interpretations by multiple people. Foreigner sitting alone on an empty beach maskless is 100,000 baht fine, but a LPGA Thai golfer taking photo for the newspaper without her mask is perfectly ok. Visa granted by a Consulate who reviews your paperwork, but can be revoked on arrival by random Immigration officer who dislikes your look. Makes no sense. They hand people the rope already tied to hang themselves. See their vape laws but there are sales everywhere you see. See the cannabis laws. All vague and leave a bunch of room for arrests and fines. And yes, you and everyone else have broken these anti-prostitution laws. If they want to they can arrest you for picking up a girl in from of Nana or a GoGo bar or Massage Shop or Smoochie. The devil is all in the details. So we are all breaking their anti-prostitution laws when we monger here. Read it and weep and count how many have you broken. They've learned a long time ago, if it is clear cut in writing, the people will hold you to it. So the laws are all written vaguely.
