Due to Covid, Thai Immigration is providing temporary extensions to most visas, 60 days at a time. The borders are closed, so no more border runs.

I came in late April on a 45 day visa exempt basis, and just extended after that.

Well it wasn't in Pattaya but if you read about 'Joe Ferrari' one of the seven cops wanted for murder (that's his nickname because of the Lamborghini he owns (just one of his numerous sports cars).
