Cleaning is 1000 baht. Filling is 1500 baht. I had a filling done today where one had broken and my buddy had a cleaning done right before me.

There is a number of places across from Tukcom other side of Soii Pattaya Yai, places on Klang near 2nd Road when it comes to cleaning not the same as in the States, standard X-ray once a year, gum Dept evalution a good polish I've not found that in 20 years visiting in Pattaya.

Cleaning I've found around 800 baht average but depends on condition. My cousin heavy smoker still 800 baht, fillings basic recieeding gum area 500-800 baht that is on Darkside tourist area in town certainly might be higher. No harm just walk in a place and ask shop around. Good luck.

To get best advice you need to state the problem or work? For serious work crowns, root canals I use German Dental, on Thappaya Road I think it is on corner of Soi 9 on the left.

The German guy is actual a Master Dental Technician craftsman he does the talking and consultation Thai doctors doing all the work. The doctors he uses seem more skilled than the usual for places I've use just for cleaning and fillings. The place can do crowns in a day if in a hurry I've not found him cheap but satisfied with the work.

Recommended one highly on Pattaya Nua up from the bus station same side told trained in USA iI checked it out prices just for cleaning surely reflects. My brother recently took his Thai wife to Bangkok Pattaya Hospital Dental division for whatever reason since last he use local offices on the Darkside which I also but only for cleaning and fillings. The doctors said prior work was done all wrong but one look at their qualification majority Thais Doctors trained at Khon Kean Uni. Personally I have a real mistrust for this hospital that they would do or say a thing to make a baht prices high even for basic cleaning. Ten year past I try their cleaning promotional price 1500 baht the procedure was the same if I went to a hole in the wall.

I hear Pattaya Memorial on 2nd Road dental good reviews Good Luck.

I have found it best to go to the Dental section at the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital on Sukhumvit road. You can just show up and they will fit you in pretty quick. Also, the PIDC (Pattaya International Dental Center I think it is called) on Soi Buakhao just across from Soi Honey and the Siam Sawasdee Hotel is pretty good also. I would avoid clinics as I went to one once and they found a cavity, so I said fill it and they said that I had to go to the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital for that. I think at the clinics they are mainly technicians and not dentists.

This is probably the best (and most expensive) hospital in Pattaya- I've visited a few times. Didn't know they had dental. This is a great idea because I can make other visits while I'm there.

What can they even do at clinics if not fill? Just clean?

I've patronised "Dentist at Beach", at Central Festival shopping mall, same floor as the banks. Not the cheapest but I've been on the whole satisfied with their work.

Does this shit happen to the rest of you guys "often", using Explorer's words? Mr. E, ET, Goats, HP, LBM, and others who have lived in Thailand for a long time? It can't be only me that this stuff only happens to once every 3+ years.

This mostly depends on the guy's behavior.

If the girl notices that the guy is careless with money at the club, restaurant, multiple bar fines on the same girl, spends most of the time clubbing with the girl instead of in the room. She assumes money doesn't mean much to him and asks for more.
