Using extremes here to illustrate a point. But there is an endless amount of variation and possibilities between those too extremes.

You know it's not because you go in a gogo that the girls are like some high top model! Everybody say, the very sexy girls work only in gogo! Maybe it was true 10 years ago but not now. And I go very often to gogo to check the girls and most of the time, girls are not so sexy! In fact you can find sexy girls in gogo, or in a beer bar, or even in soi 6.
