You obviously haven't taken a take home rapid test before. The instructions literally tell you to just swap the inner walls of your nostril.

"Gently insert the SWAB 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch into the nostril, depending on the size of the person's nose. Firmly rub the SWAB in a circular motion around the inside wall of EACH NOSTRIL at least 4 times.

I don't dispute the instructions but the capacity of each one to follow them. Anything uncomfortable to the individual will see his reaction. If it is done by someone else he can ignore your up (nostril) uncomfortableness and proceed as instructed, no matter what, but if it is DYI I doubt 100% will do it as required. I for one.

When I did my PCR tests, administered by a nurse only once I was ok, the others were a "pain". It seemed never ending and up to my brain. It's a psychological matter, I know.

Thanks for spreading Covid just to save some money! - you can also self isolate in your Condo and doctor/nurse will check every day and bring food..

By the way everyone should have Covid insurance. And if you don't like to pay maybe they give you the chance to quarantine with 1000 Thais / Indians / Arabs in a lovely tent.

Wait a minute; You are planning to go to Brazil and bring your Thai ex or her twin sister with you? That's like taking sand to the beach, unless you are planning to go up North and relax on the Dune Beaches between Recife and Fortaleza. Believe me Exp8939, you will want to sample the SP Boate and Clinca girls as well as the Terma girls in RJ. They are all set to show you a memorable time. Omicron is coming, so I am going. To Brazil, until this blows over. When Omicron hits Brazil, I will move on to a safer place.

I was going with my ex, but she dropped me in favor of another customer, so I am going with her twin sister. If she flakes, I will go alone, which is probably the best idea.

Apparently, it had to do with a dispute with different business owners within the complex. If that's true, don't be surprised to see the whole thing shut down by the authorities for a cooling off period. They don't need this aggravation on top of Omicron.

Some of the Thai at home tests require a sample from the throat, which might be easier than in the nose.
