Quite a few good eating options all around Pattaya, Jockey's is good as well. In the same area there is Oz Burger and Robin's Nest which I like. There are a couple of other eating joints inside LK Metro (name I forget) which are equally good. I actually find the breakfast options (which are usually available all day) in Pattaya to be good change from the same old.

I think burgers are American? If not, Americans have a lock on them? I'm sure someone will come up with the stats and such but I've had some good burgers in my life time in the States. And when it comes to OZ Burger it was one of the worse although there were some reports that it was good? After reading about OZ, I decided two months ago hunger at L. K. To give them a try, Ordered the Bacom cheese and bottle water. They serve no drinks especially water told me to go inside the bar and get it but they only had beer? Although a booth I have never eaten at one that didn't have some type of drink. When the Burger came it look okay Until I got a closer look! The Bacon was the cheapest type you can buy didn't have any taste and if you know bacon? No taste! Whatever cheese they used was bland it look more like fat from the burger? Not sure where they get their beef but this surely was not Angus! Some consider size that makes the burger but it is quality for me. What also makes a Burger great is the fries and the shoestrings just do not make it for me.

One of he worse I've had in Pattaya and I've had some pretty bad one! I'm not for Big Mac or Burger King but rather have one of those than OZ. Although far out Just Burger in Jomtien Bacon Burger has real bacon! And when you order fries they come the old fashion way in a Basket!

Golf Club Soi LK Metro. If you don't mind spending a bit, go on Steak night and have the Ribeye or Pork Chops.

Thanks for the suggestion, actually I have been to Golf club accompanied by our man Pipe Layer but it wasn't on one of their steak nights (which is what we were hoping for). By the way, waffles are quite good here as well. Can't wait to go back and try the Ribeye.

I stayed three nights in Pattaya around Nov 15th. Arrived on Sunday evening and was shocked to find number of FLs on beach road down by almost half of what I had seen in Feb earlier this year. Most were hopeless quality. Found no more than 4/5 do-ables but none 7/10. First catch of the day was a young girl fon. She was not over the top enthusiastic but not too bad overall. Asked for just 500 baht.

Second to be snagged was a girl named pui. Very sweet Thai lady around 29 years old with decent body and amazing service. She sucked like crazy and did not say no to anything I asked of her. Just mind blowing sex for 500 bahts. Tipped her generously.

Checked out some massage parlours on second day. Quality was hopeless. Saw one very hot girl in Soi 6 but did not approach her. Soi6 had at least 5/6 okaish girls around 6 pm. Picked up a slightly heavy built FL from beach road for 600 bahts, said she worked full time in a flower shop during the day and was amateur. She was in a bit of hurry but otherwise had the best tits I have seen on a Thai lady. Full 34 C. Natural and firm. Amazing juicy nips. Enjoyed her and picked up another one around 11 PM. This lady had her own moto bike so she offered me a ride for 500 bahts plus 50 bahts for moto ride. It was experience of a lifetime riding behind her on beach road and 2nd road to hotel, before undertaking the ride to outer space. LOL. She was a trooper in bed.

I have noticed a deterioration in quantity and quality on beach road. WS had far fewer tourists as well. Russians and Indians were down quite a bit. Hardly any FLs on WS. Most FLs seemed to have moved to bars. Beach road was rather uninspiring on all three nights with no more than 4 or 5 girls that were at the most 5 out 10 in my eyes. Most girls asked for 500-700 bahts. It rained a bit on Sunday night. Overall seemed like low tourist season. Many girls were seen waiting for as many as 4 hours without clients. Some told me that some losers are offering 200-300 bahts for a quick shag.

It seems completely over-run with tour groups. I can only imagine how many home movies and youtube clips we will be able to spot ourselves on. At least Beach Road is up and running again.

On a side note, what restaurant are you visiting on Soi Len Kee? I am right up the street and would love to give it a try. In my experience, Pattaya does not have the tastiest food.

It was one of those crappy mildly frustrating Saturday nights in Pattaya last night. As luck would have it though, the entire length of Beach Road had been closed off for the whole weekend to all traffic and turned into Disney World with stalls from end to end selling street food, trinkets and other crap to families of tourists there for a fireworks festival or something. There was no room anywhere for hookers and I didn't see a single one on my long walk to the entrance of WS. Guess they all had to take the weekend off. It was hot last night and by the time I got to WS and Happy a-go-go after dodging the huge crowds of tourists. Now I can't wait for low season.

Yes, Beach street was a ZOO. At times walking was impossible. There was some good food stalls though. And the fireworks show was entertaining.

Unlike Daddy07, I didn't hit WS. Went into the Tahitian Queen on Beach Rd, near Soi 13. It's the oldest running bar in Pattaya, supposedly. It's also a GoGo. Walking in I wasn't impressed initially with the lineup. But after settling in noticed there were a few that were doable, 7-8 range, and important to me, with BUNDA! Singha beer was 130 baht, LD is 135 baht, Backroom action for an hour, (I think,) is 2500 baht. BF after midnight was 1000 baht. Had a decent time playing grab ass with 4 dancers, even flirted with the mama-san. I'll be back to this one.

Great minds think alike. Hit LE Carre Blanc last night. Going to it, had a little misadventure with a lady moto taxi driver. She spoke no english and was unfamiliar with the area. Saw some Pattaya neighborhoods away from the lime light. She eventually dropped me off near the area.

As usual I was approached by one of these and waved her off. That's what to expect during the early evenings in that area.

After 1 beer I walked back to 2nd Rd and through Mike's department store to Beach Road intending to catch a baht bus from there to Walking Street. As luck would have it though, the entire length of Beach Road had been closed off for the whole weekend to all traffic and turned into Disney World with stalls from end to end selling street food, trinkets and other crap to families of tourists there for a fireworks festival or something. I believe Pattaya is one of the worst place for mongering during high season. December-Jenuary-February are a total disaster. Avoid walking street.

Anyone who had taken a baht bus north bound to a destination on 2nd Rd last night would have had to walk a long way if they wanted to go back south to WS as there was no transportation on Beach Road and all the side Soi's from WS to as far north as the Dolphin Circle were closed. It was a nightmare. It's happening in Pattaya now with ever greater frequency. The zombie tourist families are taking over.

It was hot last night and by the time I got to WS and Happy a-go-go after dodging the huge crowds of tourists I was sweating like a pig. As I sat cooling off with a drink while watching the nice line up of girls, suddenly at least 50 or more Chinese tourists started stampeding two and three abreast through the front door like a giant herd of wildebeests. There were whole families of them; all ages; mom's, pop's, white haired grandpa's and grandma's, cousins, uncles and aunts. It took a seeming eternity for the whole group of them just to enter the bar.

When finally seated all together of course, every last one of them ordered a draft beer; and 15 minutes later the entire migrating herd left the bar en mass for greener pastures the same way they entered each leaving their nearly full glass of beer behind. It was like a bad dream – a Beijing family reunion go-go bar crawl. Now the tourist families are taking over the bars. Soon there will be no room for punters, the girls will wear full body leotards, and the shows will be rated PG. All the raunch will be gone and families will rule.

Now I can't wait for low season.

I arrived early Thursday morning, and promptly collapse on the hotel bed after a 30 HR journey. This is my first time in Thailand. Thursday night I wandered around WS, and went into Angelwitch. It has an Old red Brit telephone booth as it's entrance. You get buzzed in. It's smaller than I imagined. 7 ladies present of various ages, 3 were occupied. Slightly older gal sat me on the bar. Bought her a LD, and as a reward she lowered her tube top. I grabbed her ass, and it was nice that she was panty-less. Like AO mentioned, the festivities commence at the bar, in front of everyone.
