But I would think a separation of labia with your fingers, checking for depth and testing to see if manual or oral stimulation will produce convincing amounts of self-lubrication ought to produce 100% certainty. I pride myself in being able to identify ladyboys even from a distance and have never found myself facing a man-made naked vagina in my bed. On your final point, I have at least twice now met natural born Thai females on the dating sites that looked fine in their photos but had me suspecting they might be a ladyboy on first meeting. However, it was borderline enough and the girl was intriguing enough in many other ways for me to forge ahead and take it as far as I could, being fully prepared to back away like a cat held over a bucket of water if it went badly.
