The police shut it down at 11 p last night. Some stragglers remained, patrol at 1 a went by and kicked them out.

This is a tactic we often like to use in the underworld. I'll make it easier for you guys to understand. Pattaya, Bui Vien, and AC Walking Streets are great for laundering money, cash cows for corruption, for both foreign and local dollars. It's a good time to start recruiting some extra $$$ since downturn because of COVID-19. Great tactic, works like a charm every time. Can you imagine if the owner of Thermae, who is actually very nice and not crooked, spread a rumor about it's closure in order to get some poor saps to invest in the place? Bring them in, make them love it, and then threaten to take it away. What's that called?

Anyway, I do not make any generality, I just replied to posts on "Pattaya reports" thread. It is contextualized on the environment of Pattaya with possibly an extension on an identical city (AC for example).

There are many threads on ISG and necessarily there can be redundancies and / or parallel subjects, it is inevitable. I speak under the control of the moderator (who can contradict me) but 1) it is not possible to duplicate posts on as many threads as there can be correspondence and 2) it is difficult to cut out a response of a thread to place it in the correct response thread. I think the main thing is to keep the sense and understanding of the dialogue.
