Carrying a blood test in the wallet for the girls to see, is obviously a practice highly uncommon in Pattaya.

But following your journey through your writing for months, my understanding was that the tests were taken more frequently.

Any added value at all with this singular BB persuasion strategy with showing a test when it has been taken almost a year ago?

I meant that I get a more thorough full body and fluids medical check up every year or so. I get the routine blood test for HIV/STD at Thai Red Cross every 2-3 months. The document I have in my wallet now is only about 7 weeks old.

Wow thanks for sharing your experience. Are you concerned about the rise of more antibiotic-resistant strains of STD that is a pain in the ass to treat?

Only enough to pay as close attention to the stirrings, aches, pains, discharges or lack thereof of my package and that of my girls as I have always done, as well as getting a thorough check up every year or so and those routine blood checks.

I have never taken PrEP but I do see signs up in the Thai Red Cross Anonymous Clinic were I get my routine HIV/Syphillis tests touting "Free PrEP. Ask Us How" or something like that. I have read mixed reports about the benefits vs downsides of PrEP.

You are sent to a private office at that clinic to receive your test document from a medical counselor and chat a bit about whatever. The counselor then asks a series of questions for which I always give 100% truthful answers like when was the last time I had intercourse (usually yesterday or the day before), do I have a regular girlfriend (sort of), do I have sex with many different women (yes), do I use condoms (no), why am I getting tested (Out of courtesy really. Just to have a negative/normal test result document to show someone who wants to see it), etc.

So far, after going there for a test every 2-3 months for more than seven years, not once has a counselor mentioned or recommended my taking PrEP.

For whatever that is worth.

Oh, well I'm sorry I'm talking about something else besides bar closures, when are tourists allowed back in PI, my balls are so blue, or covid vaccines. There isn't a lot of strictly trip reports from Pattaya lately, as I'm sure you can imagine why, and there was a whole series of posts further back that talked about barebacking.

I don't know about your numbers whether it is right or not but I always say even if I had the money I would never waste the time in throwing money into such a business I'm just glad there are guys willing to do it so I can enjoy the fun. Whether it is a GoGo or Soi 6, that is their problem just enjoy there are people out there willing to go through the headache to provide you with a choice!

How can you get so low numbers!

Remember = 60% of ALL girls on Soi 6 + 7 + 8 + LK. With the Pattaya high turnover rate must be up to 5,000 -10,000 different girls annually. Are BBFS by our trustworthy member Gilolo. Not counting his regular weekly ones on these same Soi, and the other 10% which he reports were taken but finally not BBFS.

Statistically, he is supporting about 50% of your numbers, just by himself.

For all you gents who are brave enough to go bb with a working girl, do you use any preventative medicine, I. E. Pre-exposure prophylaxis? I've searched CDC and various medical authorities, and risk of catching HIV to a heterosexual male having vaginal sex is marginal, but the consequence of catching it is severe. PrEP would mitigate that risk a lot, but just curious if people here go that far. Also, besides HIV, the other common STDs are more easily caught, even when the girls don't have symptoms. Do you go to a clinic to take care of it, or just get the usual doxycycline + azithromycin for syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea?

Haven't you been reading the threads? There are posters who say they do not get STDs from bareback sex with pros in Thailand. Those posts are for the consumption of fools who would go to Thailand and have bareback sex with prostitutes. Of course the posters would be secretly laughing at the prospect.
