Never had that problem. I have a motorbike so if the chick does not have one I am usually picking her up or going to chill at her place. Most of the time it is them bugging me about when I am coming.

With great respect to Mr. Entertainment- I was on the ground for 30 days recently, had 32 sessions with TF- on each I would send a "map" of my location from Line, to the lady and ask her to keep in touch with me on timing- I had one which had not shown up within the hour- she got cancelled- she blamed it on her Mother- all others were within 5-10 minutes of appointment time- several were as much as 30 minutes early- I really think the Line Map helped.

No. For gogobars you need to go Walking street or LK Metro. WS Expensive? Depends on your taste. As said pinup is easy the number 1 Gogobar in town.

For LK Metro I think KINK is worth a visit. Old Windmill staff (and girls) created a great venue in LK!

Freelancers? Thaifriendly / Tinder. And they walk around in clubs like ibar / insomnia / republic / lucifer /808/ Myst. Enough choice in music and girls.

Nana Plaza is quite unique in its layout (anyone remember the hair salon on the third floor?) You won't find a three storey complex like that in Pattaya but there are streets of gogo bars. Walking Street has lots of options but is generally quite expensive. Some would say the quality of girls in Pinup are worth the expense though. I prefer Soi LK Metro as it's cheaper with less ladydrink pressure, plus there are some really good bars. I'd rank Queen as the top-dog but others are very good too.

When you say you're looking for a Thermae equivalent, I presume you don't mean a basement you get throat cancer in within ten minutes because it's so smoky, rather a place packed with freelancers? Maybe nightclubs like Beach Club are your best bet although most gogo / beer bar girls are freelancers when they're not working in their bar. Download Line and get lots of contacts in your phone and you won't be short of daytime meets for only 1000 baht. Only go to Beach Road for freelancers if bargain basement banging is your thing.

For your first trip to Pattaya, you must give soi 6 a visit too, it's your quintessential Pattaya experience. It's a long road of bars with lots of girls lining the street. Find a girl you like, take her upstairs to a short-time room (1300 baht, all in) and half an hour later you'll be heading back to your hotel with a smile on your face.

Had the most amazing finds there and I usually get hotel close to that. Makes life easy. So I was seeing what is the equivalent of that in Pattaya. Will definitely check Soi 6. Have to learn from the master!

I definitely will not take a bus from Pattaya to Bangkok City or the reverse anymore. I did that once and it took 5 hours.

The intra-BKK part usually takes a lot of time due to BKK traffic. A workaround is to get off at first BTS stop and take the BTS from there. Saves a lot of time.

The baht buses give a good approximation of how busy Pattaya is.

3 months ago, I would wait 10 minutes for a baht bus to come by. Now, there are traffic jams made up of baht buses.

Tonight, I am planning something special, a lady I know who lusts after busty ladies when she is drunk. So, she will come to the condo to drink, and when she is ready, we will go to some gogo and I will let her pick a lady to molest. If she is into it, I will barfine the lady to take back to the condo for more fun.

That's the plan, but this is Pattaya where plans go to die.

Taxi costs around US $40 with current exchange rates. Goes when you want. Stops when you want. Trip takes 80 minutes or so, depending on how often you stop and the speed you direct the taxi to drive.

I simply can't imagine why a guy would go through a low class bus ride after a long flight to Thailand when a taxi is so inexpensive.

If you don't have $40 for a taxi you probably shouldn't be traveling internationally.

It's a personal choice for me and has little to do with budget. I sometimes take a taxi (almost always take a taxi to Pattaya from the airport), but confess that if I am in Bangkok and I'm going to Pattaya for the weekend with just a small handbag, I enjoy the BTS ride, walking around Ekkamai bus terminal looking at people, and enjoy watching people in the "low class" bus. I don't usually enjoy sitting behind a taxi driver for 2 hours with nothing to say. The bus is also environmentally friendly if you care about that.

TF has one major problem. There is no predictability when the girl will arrive. It can be anywhere between 1 hour to 3 hours.

300/400 baht was the barfine at most of the beer bars in Tree Town when I visited in March but it's always more expensive at gogo bars. As a general rule of thumb, anywhere you get to see a 'show', I. E semi-nude girls dancing on stage, the bar-fine will be more. The gogo bars on LK Metro and Sugar Sugar were charging 600-800.

If you're not in to your drinking, consider starting your search at 6 pm /7 pm as a lot of girls have just started their shift and the gogo bars have them sat on stools outside to entice customers in. You'll see pretty girls outside places like Sugar Sugar, Crystal Club, Kink, Queen etc. I know you said you don't like buying lady-drinks but one advantage is that you can have a chat with your choice of girl and if you hit it off swap Line details. You can meet her when she's not working (I. E next afternoon) without having to pay her bar-fine.

The bus takes the same time to get from the airport to Pattaya as a taxi does. And if you are arriving in the morning there will not be anything else to do anyway. What I used to do is arrive and go downstairs to see if a bus is getting ready to leave. If it is, then I hop on it. I do not remember the price. Depending on the bus it was like 120-200 baht. If it will be another hour wait, then I just go upstairs and get a taxi for 1000 baht because I could have arrived in a taxi by the time I had waited 1 hour for a bus.

How many guys have reported going out and not being able to find a chick they wanted? They spend hours going from bar to bar seeing 4 or 5 chicks at a time. With TF you can quickly scroll hundreds of chicks while comfortably sitting on your toilet. Talk to the one you like and say come over right now. Yes there are risks. And the flakiness usually comes when you want to make a reservation. If you tell them lets do it right here right now same as you would at a bar, then there will be less of a chance of flaking. Some chicks on there are regular chicks with regular jobs though, so do not mistake everyone as being P4P.

TF has one major problem. There is no predictability when the girl will arrive. It can be anywhere between 1 hour to 3 hours. Lot of girls can't reply due to 10 minutes limit. Many don't check TF frequently and the good looking once her 500 messages everyday.

I don't drink hence I have tried TF many times. It works but not worth spending 2 hours everyday and messaging to check when are you leaving. If it's better to go out and pick at your convenience.

Lot of girls have put heavily photoshop pics on TF too which you can avoid by meeting them at bars.

Annie Jacks is one of your best bets in Soi Buakhao area but if you see a girl you like, establish early if she's bar-fineable as some make enough from lady-drinks they don't go with customers. Rest & Chill and Lai in the corner of Tree Town have pretty girls but the latter has a ludicrous 1000 BF. That's not to say you can't swap Line details with one of their girls and meet during the day though. French Kiss in Tree Town is popular later at night because it has a dance floor and, speaking of dancing, Beach Club in the middle of tree town is a nightclub with freelancers and entry is free. I didn't establish prices because I took a gogo girl there instead. Speaking of gogos, Queen on LK Metro seems to be stocked with the prettiest selection of girls at the moment, Crystal Club is usually a good bet and Sugar Sugar is also worth visiting.

But my recommendation would just be to walk along soi Buakhao and loop around Tree Town until you see a girl you like the look of. Even in the quiet bars you can find a gem. Joy Bar, Blue Sky Bar and Avatar are always worth stopping at for a drink and give an ideal spot to see girls walking along the street.

On a sidenote, if you like soi 6 and not being ripped off, consider exploring the gents clubs. They have identical pricing to soi 6 (300 for a room, 1000 for the girl) and beer is usually cheap with 2-for-1 offers and suchlike. Some of the the gents clubs on Soi Pothole had nice looking girls outside and there are loads of GCs on soi Boomerang.

The fastest times from my apartment near Nana BTS station in Bangkok to the front door of my Pattaya Walking Street hotel was about 2 hours and 10 minutes.

I'm talking about during pre Covid normal times and at a reasonable time of mid-morning or mid-day departure. I'm sure I could have done it faster if I'd taken a taxi all the way and started at some ungodly hour of the early morning or late night when traffic is lighter. But I am not into that. And I hate sitting in parking lot jammed traffic in Bangkok either by bus or taxi where it takes almost 90 minutes just to get out of the city.

So here is what I did with my one small carry-on bag:

I sailed over and past all the inner city Bangkok traffic by riding the BTS (could be the MRT, depending on the location of your hotel or apartment) to the nearest Airport Rail Link station. Then I rode that train to its Lat Krabang station. That is the last station before the airport (Suvarnabhumi Airport).

There is no reason to ride it all the way into the airport, then have to walk from the train terminal to the airport exits or bus / taxi dispatchers and all that. 45 baht to Lat Krabang plus about 25 baht for the BTS / MRT to get to the nearest Airport Rail Link station.

I just walked down the steps at Lat Krabang station, hailed and negotiated a fare with one of the dozens of taxis passing through right there. It was usually 1,000 - 1,200 baht total. No, it isn't a savings vs a taxi from the airport. But there is zero in and out of the airport hassle. That spot is very close to the expressway on ramp.

From there the taxi ride to Pattaya and my hotel on Walking Street was usually a little more than an hour.

The thing I liked about going that way is I was never at the mercy of Bangkok's inner city traffic. I was always on the move to my destination at a clip.

I also liked to return from Pattaya to Bangkok by simply reversing the process. But it was often a bit of a chore explaining to the taxi driver that, no, I don't want to be taken all the way to the airport, just drop me off at the Lat Krabang Airport Rail Link station instead, don't worry, I'll pay the same amount as though you're taking me to the airport. That worked.

I should remind everyone that the Thai baht has plunged in value this year, so Thailand is very cheap.

Right now, cost of ladies or drinks or transport are not a big issue in my planning. What matters to me now are time and the number of shots I can manage.

I am doing two ladies per day, one early in day, and one late at night, for a sleepover. Sometimes the day lady forces me to fuck, which screws up my schedule.

I go to Vietnam on Monday for a short trip with my bargirlfriend. So, my remaining time in Pattaya is limited.
