Anyone else noticed the number of new karaoke bars popping up around town? Walked along Central Pattaya Road the other night and noticed 3 karaoke bars just east of Soi Buakhao (across from So Cool Massage). Maybe they were always around and I just never noticed them? Anyone been?

I keep pretty good records each trip as well but never broke it down this way.

You can record it however you want! My method is hardly ideal, but it works for me.

If the Gentleman's Club concept interests you then Kinnaree Place or Passion in the Jomtien area might be of interest. Both a bit awkward to get to without a mototaxi or Grab (walk is doable in 10 or 15 minutes from bahtbus too) but worth a look as daytime options. I've only been to each once so far, but when I went the choices were interesting enough for me to stay and enjoy myself. I will be back.

And the facilities and decor are much nicer too. Rooms are on site also.

I picked Camel Toe because I was under the impression it was a bit more upscale both in decor and quality than it turned out to be. As soon as I walked in, I realized my mistake but I could not extricate myself that easily as my taxi had already departed and found myself standing there thinking Oops! However, this girl seemed cute enough who was standing nearby but she really wasn't that into it, though that same attitude can manifest itself in any club. Good thing she was available as everyone else there was completely unacceptable. Also, I really don't know one club from the other in Pattaya. I do like Red Car and actually have had success there in the past but the damn music is so loud in there as with the gogo's, I find it quite bothersome. I found the best aspect was the Toe was very quiet. Of course, it was virtually empty. I woUld been off for a daytime assignation at the Tahitian Queen in retrospect.

You may remember my posts from a few years ago as I almost exclusively patronized Bangkok Beat and wrote several reports about it. I still to this day have never taken a girl from a go-go in Bangkok as I don't like the strictly transactional aspect of talking to girls in there, the bar fine, dealing with mamasan etc. Now that the Beat is gone, I am having trouble finding a suitable replacement.

I was a very patient fellow in my Bangkok Beat days and waited it out until someone up to my standards appeared. On several occasions, I went home empty handed but had some great experiences there as well.

But I have to admit that I am a little puzzled as to why you chose Camel Toe for your 1st auspicious return to the fold. Camel Toe is certainly a colorful honky tonk, but I would have chosen an upscale place like Infinity, Sensations, or What's Up to celebrate such a significant event. Nevertheless, You're back after a long an arduous journey that many do not survive. And that is truly great news and something to celebrate.

It is the first time that I make a post on this forum but I've already been following the posts from Pattaya for a couple of months. First I want to apologise if there are some typo's in my text because my English isn't very good.

On the 1st of October, me and a friend are going to Thailand for the first time. First we are going to the Phi Phi Islands and then (finally) to Pattaya. Because of all the posts on this forum I have a general idea of what I want to go visit in Pattaya.

First of all, I am really looking forward to soi 6. I'll probably visit soi 6 every day (I am staying for 8 days in Pattaya). I will do ST but am hoping that some girls also want to do LT when their shift has ended (around 2 AM). My main plan is to take a girl for LT so that I have a 'shot' in the evening and one in the morning (maybe a shot extra in the evening if I pay extra). Soi 6 in general sounds like the best place for me. I am almost thirty but aren't really good with women. I am social but aren't a great talker with girls / women my age. So this will be a good opportunity to practice.

Except soi 6, I am also looking at taking some girls from BR to my hotel for LT. I've read somewhere that these girls mostly don't wonna do LT so I can settle for ST in the evening and around noon I can go to soi 6. I'll just have to wait and see. I've also read that the girls from BR may lower the prices after 2 AM because then the possibility will lower that they can find another customer. I am willing to pay around 800-1300 for ST and 2000-2500 for LT. For an extra shot I am willing to pay 500. FYI, these prices I am willing to pay for girls from soi 6 and BR.

So soi 6 and BR are my main places to find girls. I am also planning to visit other places like some gogo bars and soapy massage. The problem is that I don't have a really large budget just for mongering (700-900 euro = 25900 - 33300 baht) so I know I won't get 'top shelf' girls for the price that I am willing to pay. Gogo girls sounds too expensive for my taste but I will go and visit some bars just so that I know how it is inside. I will probably visit a soapy massage 1 time only because soi 6 will be generally better.

Also some beergardens are on my list to visit. Just to know how the girls look there, what their prices are and to see if its any fun.

After my visit to Thailand, I'll make a big post of my first impressions and which girls I took where for what price. It isn't the first time I've gone mongering but it will be the first time international (I'm from Western-Europe) so I hope it will be a vacation to remember.

If any of you guys have any tips for me, you may always post them on this forum or send me a personal message. When I have some questions, I'll probably post them here.

*I actually have one question already. Do you guys know if the girls frol soi 6 are willing to do LT after their shift and how much will this probably cost? If the answer to this question has already been posted I apologize.

This is my first real trip report in 2 1/2 years. The reason for my lack of activity is due to being diagnosed with cancer in July 2016. Subsequent treatment including chemo, radiation and sundry side effects kept me on the bench until just recently when I got the all clear from my doctors to travel. I also had a urinary tract operation resulting in a nasty side effect called retrograde ejaculation (google it if you want to know the offputting details).

So it's basically been this length of time since I have enjoyed carnal pleasures. I aarived in Bangkok several days ago and have been a bit apprehensive about taking the plunge. Yesterday decided to travel to Pattaya for my initial experiment. All not the way, I heard about a club called the Camel Toe located a bit outside the city center. Here below are my findings.

I took a Grab Taxi for 190 b and arrived 15 minutes later. It's in an inausipicious location on the side of a remote road with a metal yellow street sign that has an illustration of a camel and the word toe beneath. I almost walked out immediately as the bullpen talent hanging outside was not impressive. Indeed, downright awful with the exception of one pretty and petite girl called Pim.

Pim followed me in and sat across from me. My Heineken was 55 b and her LD was 120 b. The mama San said her company was 1000 b (or up), no BF, and the room was 300. She nozzled up to me for a bit and then I decided now or never. I told MamaSan it's go time.

Whereupon we hopped on a motorcycle to a short destination nearby.

A quick shower, some light kissing and DATY, which she abruptly stopped as I think she was close to coming. Anyway, did the deed and got that monkey off my back.

Would I repeat? No way would I go to that place again. The rest of the girls were god awful and the place is a dump. The girl was new and it showed in her weak performance but at least I know everything is in semi working order.

I wondered down to walking street for a NYE treat and my first stop was the windmill to see about my proven 3 some and was surprised to find out they were both no longer working there. Even my favorite mamasan was no longer there. In my opinion the mean mamasan upstairs and her butch minion has changed things for the worst. Windmill was my #1 last two trips. Mamasan joy? Was like the conductor with the ladies. Now it seems like a little less action. Just my. 02 though.

I attempted to try a new girl that was in the same naughty play mat position upstairs but was told barfine was 6000. In disbelief, I say total 6000 baht and they say no 6000 to bar and girl seperate. I immediately headed for the door. I think I learned why Pattaya is no good for NYE.

I walk down to sugar baby to check out the scene and only stayed for one beer. I was hoping old mamasan and proven 3 some would be found there as I know when Annabelle was open they moved around mamasan and ladies. I found one lady to my taste and no familiar faces so I moved on.

Next stop was Panda to see what all the hype was about. About 40 ladies or so. Most of the good ones were with customer by this time. I stuck around for two drinks but decided to move on. Overall good talent and the ladies dressed in bikinis were pretty fn sexy. I take it models were in bikinis but didn't inquire about pricing. I think it deserves a return when I get back in 2 weeks and plan to make it a first stop.

I wondered down to what's up and I have to say this is a favorite. The place always has lots of stunners in my opinion. Mamasan is freaking awesome as well. This is where the night got interesting. I ran into a guy from my home town in the states. What's the odds right? We barfine two models LT and take them to insomnia where I had a table reserved. I'm ashamed to say the price but it seemed it was a ongoing theme at all gogos I stopped at. NYE caused inflation. 10 k baht for each LT and I forget the exact breakdown of BF vs lady. Long story short they end up too mao after a little champagne and a few jello shots which I'm not even sure contain alcohol. I ask if momma sick at home too. They laugh and apparently didn't get the hint. They say too mao again and I repeat mama sick. They ended up leaving a hour into Insomnia and I went to talk to mamasan. At the prices being charged I wasn't willing to write this off. Mamasan took care of it minus a couple thousand baht which considering the insomnia time I felt was fair enough. Better than being out all of it. She is a awesome lady! I bought her LD upon entering and she actually bought me like 5 tequilas before friend showed up and another round after he showed up. This was all before ladies joined table BTW.

Slightly past 1 am I wondered back over to windmill. I talk to the waitress I've known since my first trip and ask about the full bodied tattooed lady I inquired about earlier. I was hoping with closing time near prices would of become reasonable. She was gone! Waitress says barfine me. So I end up BF the waitress which was only 1. 5 k baht BF and her part wasn't discussed. Back at the hotel she started off shy asking for beer to help. After a few drinks, some DFK and DATY she was a beast in the bed. I may be moving into the staying away from expensive stunners group here. I'm seeing the reoccurring theme the more I visit.

Night 3 of SEA tour Pattaya I continued with the waitress. I found a awesome GFE and stuck with it. Still no mention of her fee. I took her for massage and to buy a couple outfits because she have no clothes for day 2 without going home. To be honest I wanted to fix her situation up a little. Taking her into my forced 5 star hotel (due to nemos overbooking) royal cliff beach hotel (review coming ASAP) with the way she was dressed was causing too much attention. She had a bag that was all marked up and looked like something my daughter had when she was 6 playing with crayons with it. Socks and shoes that would make you look twice. Her jeans looked horrible but she did have a nice newer top. After shopping we went to windmill so she could change into the bra and panties I bought and here comes mamasan talking double the BF vs on NYE night. 3 k baht BF for waitress? It pissed me off! I took money back and was ready to leave. Waitress stepped in and the crazy mamasan went away. Butch comes over and asks what's wrong and I told her mamasan no good and they need to bring back old mamasan. The mamasan downstairs was one of the ones around before and she is awesome but the new manly one upstairs has some issues. I'm by far not a cheap charlie. I pay for what I want without thinking twice and tip well when deserved but I'm not going to be taken advantage of. Maybe my inexperience on NYE is to blame for this. Maybe I just felt like they were trying to bend me over without lube but in reality it's just the way things are on NYE. Either way I don't like that mamasans ways. The way she raises her voice and talks like a possessed demon is crazy. Anyone know what happened to the naughty mamasan? She was so much fun! Was her name Joy? I'm probably wrong on name. I'm bad with names and really bad with Thailand names.

Sorry not much good reporting here fellas. Hopefully, day 4 and 5 in BKK will be more beneficial to others. Considering waitress said she never get barfine I will leave her anonymous. Wouldn't be hard to figure it out though. Tonight I will explore Nana for the first time. I will try to take notes so I can provide better details.

A Rose by any other name would smell just as sweet. It's really not about what you call the girls it's about respecting them and not seeing them as uneducated lazy low life's. I'm not judging you and it seems you enjoy their company quite a lot but just maybe a little more appreciation of who they are what they do for a living wouldn't go amiss.

A bit off topic!

A few years back we had a falling out and our friendship parted ways with me wishing him the best while living here in Pattaya. Through the years I would run into him during his Go Go's outings but the last year and a half I've not seen him anywhere nor seen any reporting. My memory serves me right he was reporting well before 2007, on the Thailand forum we came to meet when he retired and settle in Pattaya Jomtien area in 2007.

I was in his area yesterday afternoon and decided to stop by his Condo to check on his status and found out through the office that Daddy07 had passed away due to poor health a year ago.

Thanks for reporting this sad news. I'm not sure whether I ever met him or not. I did meet a poster with the word "Daddy" in his title in Pattaya once. I clearly remember Daddy07 was a very frequent poster on Thailand boards.
