Anyone been to Ban Chang lately? Just wondering if it's worth the hour taxi ride. If so, which are the best bars now?

If you got nothing to do want to kill time but I've done it twice only because of friends in town and to me just a waste. At best a notch above the Darkside if you get lucky?

Had a great time with BB cruising on Soi 6 last night. Lineup was pretty good, with at least 6 girls I'd go with. Much, much better than Soi Love Inn.

Perfect time to go eat with all the girls at a BBQ buffet or Shabu place.

There's a 24 hour restaurant in the basement of royal garden mall. Better than hanging out at burger King or McDonald's.

Ibar is open til 6 or 7 am I think.

All Thai bars are open all night long.

I believe the gym at Avenue mall is open 24 hours. You can even take a shower there. I think it's 300 baht for 1 day, 1700 per month.

If you're arriving in Bangkok, grab a room there, go grab a girl, and come to pattaya the following day.

Hit some BJ bars / G clubs today around 4 pm. The Den, Bliss, soi full love Inn. Absolutely nothing. I knew my soi full love Inn regular wasn't working today.

Arrived at Soi 6 around 5 pm. It was actually the best I've seen it for a long while. Haven't been for a bit since I was out of town on a visa run. Maybe about 6 doable girls around 5 pm which is about 5 more than some days for me. Was noticeably weaker talent and fewer girls at 7 pm. Chose a new face to me at one of the new bars on the 6. If not there's enough to do around the area until rooms open up. The cheaper the hotel and more popular, the less likely you'll be able to check in early.

Went to the "medical clinic" on soi Bukao for STD tests, a stone's throw from the hospital, at the crossing from the road leading to Centara Hotel. They're open every day from 8 am till 8 pm. Blood test for HIV, oral for chlamydia and ghonorrhea. Immediate results. They ask for your passport upfront though.

My girl is happy with 2000 a day. Hotel (Gandview Hideaway Resort) 60 euros a day non refundable but good value. Clean beach, the closest to a dream holiday so far for me in Thailand. One hour bus ride + one hour on the ferry 500 bahts per person. If you want sex you have to bring your own but it is worth it. Pattaya pales in comparison.

I'm assuming both you and your girl go in hand in hand and get the results together.

I always sleep at 4-5 am but WS discos are still open. I think some massage shops in soi Honey are open 24 HR, but not sure about this.

Huh? When I read this I always think some guys wake up too late and don't know what happen in Pattaya during the day LOL.
