The Pattaya Beer Garden is a good place to grab a drink. Nice atmosphere over the water and close to Walking Street. There is usually a decent selection of freelancers at the bar: mostly average looks, but some hidden gems can be found:

Can anybody recommend freelance bars, it my first time here and would appreciate all the help I can get.

Huh? Very Hard? I never had a problem to find CIM in soi6 or thaifriendly freelancers, many girls provide this service. Also in Pattaya many G. Clubs, massage shops (soi Honey and soi Chaiyapoon) and BJ Bars where the girls provide CIM.

I gave up expecting to get a CIM from a (good looking) Soi 6 Pattaya girl, too. One night a couple of years ago I spent too much time approaching, buying LDs for and chatting up the half dozen or so good looking girls I could find on the whole soi from as many different bars and not one of them agreed to do it for me. In fact, I got lectured from some of them about how I would never find a Thai girl who would give a CIM finish to a BJ because it was such a sick and unreasonable request. LOL. Same with a few girls in the beer bars on Walking Street. However, I have not gone to a Pattaya BJ Bar in at least 20 years so have no experience with the current scene there.

I rarely have a problem getting a CIM in Bangkok from good looking go-go dancers, beer bar girls, freelancers and of course BJ bar girls. But my quest to get one from a decent looking Pattaya girl has been pretty much a bust in the last 7-8 trips I have taken there in the past 5 years. I assume there are plenty of girls on Soi 6 who do it all the time. But I am only talking about the very, very few good looking ones I saw and bothered to approach.

My "Kenyan" girl has turned out to be anything but Kenyan. I believed her when she declared being a Tutsi. Leggy and elongate upwards is just how Tutsis are (and how I like my girls to be). She holds a passport from another country than her native country.

We agreed to go to the Pattaya waterpark on Monday. Since she gets quite drunk most nights to sleep it off until late afternoon I booked her LT for 4000 bahts Sunday night. Let's see how that works out. She's such a chicken head. Yesterday, probably the worst for drink, she tore the corner of the 1st page in her passport. Being a black woman and on the game she must carry the original of her passport at all times. She could be in for some trouble when she has to cross borders again.

I think you're the first one who's accusing Mr. E of paying too much, LOL.
Maybe you're the one who's ruining the market by giving them a 20% tip.

I pay the street walkers based on what they agree to do. I will pay 1000 baht if they agree to do CIM and will pay 1200 if they swallow. It's very hard to find a girl to do CIM in Pattaya let alone swallow.

Planning my 1st trip to Pattaya and wondering what your opinions are about Areca Lodge Vs. Siam at Siam Hotel?

Areca seems like a safe choice because of the location, but Siam at Siam is nice as hell and so damn close to Soi 6 LOL.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I have just returned from my first trip to Pattaya, Thailand actually, and we stayed at the Penthouse Hotel. This hotel is not everyone's cup of tea but you can't beat the location. We didn't feel unsafe in Pattaya at all so personally I wouldn't let feeling unsafe play a major role in your decision to what hotel you choose to stay at. There was 2 of us and I don't know if you will going solo or not. I went thru Soi 6 once and I wasn't that impressed with what I saw and had more fun around Soi 8. The Walking Street Ago gos where we had most fun and we will stay at the Penthouse again because of the proximity to walking street and the 10 baht buses are good to get around. 3. A few minutes ago I was out in front at The Avenue looking for incense and on the way back to my bike. I passed a nice African chick that was with a gay African dude. We locked eyes as we passed and we both turned around. I asked her where she was going. She said looking for work. I asked how much she wanted (then thought to myself, why am I talking so loud out here in public). She said 1000 for short time. I told her I lived here and was not paying more than 800. She asked where my hotel was and repeated 1000. We walked away from each other because I was in a hurry and I don't think she wanted to come for 800.

2 reports on African FLs in the last day or so. Nice to se some new info on the board. I like black ladies and spent some wonderfull times with some lovely ones in Havana recently. But I can't say I've ever seen one in Pattaya that floats my boat. I've mostly run into them at the open air bar on WS (where the LBs hang out and which many African ladies now frequent) and in Insomnia / Ibar. Maybe I've just been to the wrong spots. I'll kesp an eye out next time I'm in town.

You don't look for them. You run into them. The best ones that I have seen are usually out walking down a random soi. Just stop and talk to them. The best I have seen: 1. A couple of years ago sitting at one of my usual haunts, Starbucks at Tukcom, chick walks by on the opposite side of the road and I wave her over. She was from Madagascar. 2. A couple of weeks ago I was driving down Soi Honey Inn to pick up Brother Haven and I passed 2 chicks. I turned around and asked them where they were going. They said they were looking for work. Again, the one that I was attracted to appeared to be from Madagascar. I assume they both were since we were speaking in French.
