Now I have read this guy has done prison time previously for the violent raape of a teenage girl in England. You can't make this stuff up even if you tried. But unless an eye witness comes forth to shed more light on what happened on that balcony, it won't matter if he is guilty of 1st degree murder, partially responsible for the poor girl's death (it was an accident while engaging in stupid/dangerous sex on the balcony railing), or completely innocent (he was taking a shower when she fell - highly unlikely, but not totally inconceivable); the result will be the same. He will be found guilty of negligent homicide i.e. 1st degree manslaughter and receive 10 years in a Thai prison.

I feel real sorry for the girl. I have heard that she was a very nice and friendly person. We don't know all the facts surrounding this tragedy, but it sure looks like the perp is in one hell of a lot of trouble as in 1st degree manslaughter or 2nd degree murder. Running after the incident occured does not look good. What a fucked up asshole in more ways than one!

There are now plenty of news articles about now, it's believed that Vella had sex with a bar worker from Sky Bar on Soi 6, at some time she fell from the 5th floor balcony. She was found injured by a security guard who called for an ambulance. The girl died where she fell while she was being attended to. In the meantime, Vella did a runner as was arrested Sunday afternoon at a nearby bar.

People are going to generalize some vastly more than others. It does happen but not often when it does normally it is due to the ownership or manager who runs the operation. From my experience it usually happens in Asian dominate places where it is hard to identify them from the other Asian unless you are introduce to or sitting right next to them and hear them talk. In the past few years I've ended up sitting next to them, ask to give up a space particular area since I'm usually alone and the manager know me and ask, or I've introduced by girls working there since the Thai guy is their sugar daddy. For me, I'd pay extra to not have to sex foot in a GoGo bar. I don't know who considers those things fun. They are exciting for about 5 minutes, but beyond that they're awful. The story depending on the source it wasn't at her apartment but at a condo in Jomtien top of the hill called (Cosy), another said it was at her place which the % chances of a Thai owning/renting and working Soi 6? the report was she fell off the balcony the guard who heard the sound found the body she was still alive but by the time emergency came she died. The entry into the Condo found no other occupant thereafter but know it was a foreigner who brought her to the location. There were condoms etc found which indicate there was sex rumor to have worked at Sky Bar?
