So far my biggest first impression of Pattaya is the huge number of single senior farang men visiting Pattaya. Without ED medications a very large portion of the P4 P industry customer base would be absent.

This is definitely the case in the outdoor beer bars. I assume they feel more comfortable with the older women who work in these beer bars. Maybe in 20 or 30 years I will join them.

Was in Pattaya from Monday noon until Wednesday noon. Was disappointed in Beach Road, per my prior report. Walking Street was OK, but not my style. Did a Tuesday afternoon viewing of 3 soapies, nothing great available so I settled on a 2500 baht girl at Rasputin. At that moment there were only 2000 and 2500 baht girls available. Services were decent but it didn't compare with the 6,000 to 11,000 baht services at Lords in Bangkok. Facilities also not as good. After my session there were about 15 new girls available, about 6 looked very good and were sitting far to the left, which may mean a high price. When exiting Rasputin papasan was chewing out a customer who apparently complained about services from one of the girls.

The highlight of my stay was an evening on Soi 6. Absolutely loved that area. It's nice to be dragged into the bar by a cute girl and not face a bait and switch. Next visit I'll spend more time at Soi 6 and get a nearby hotel.

Soapies' lineups aren't good in the afternoon. Girls start coming after 5 pm with prime time being 5 to 9 pm. Don't expect anything more than a mechanical session in a Pattaya soapie. You're better off going to one of the non-FS massage shops and getting FS from one of the cute girls. Soi 6 and the Gentleman clubs are where you should be spending time in the afternoons. As you likely saw for yourself if you walked into the gogo bars I have recommended on this thread, that is the best talent Pattaya has to offer other than some of the Thai bars guys on ISG do not visit. My understanding from another ISG member who walked along Beach Road the other night is that the freelancers numbers are very small compared to even before Loy Krathong. He asked me if there was another raid, which happens almost weekly here.

Just arrived in Pattaya and was disappointed in the selection on the beach side of Beach Road. Almost zero options, I had expected to find many. Meanwhile, I was expecting nothing on the land side of Beach Road, but there were quite a few choices, many hanging around the motor scooter parking areas. Perhaps the police closed the beach side to freelancers but opened the land side.

It's been that way for a year or two - after about 01:00 AM on normal days the police force them to leave the beach or be arrested. On some days it might be much earlier. Unsurprisingly, between this interference at their prime moneymaking time, and occasional shakedowns by the police for money (the "fine" is reputedly 1,000 baht now, instead of the 300-500 it used to be), this means there are fewer girls available, and particularly far fewer attractive ones.

Seems like a pretty random date unless they are timing it for American Thanksgiving. Any other reason?

But the one I liked was more interested in her phone than me. I moved on, but 30 minutes later I decided to reconsider the group at LK on Soi 12. They were all gone, perhaps somebody chased them away. About 01:00 I found a tiny girl near Soi 9 for 800 baht, she looked pretty and seemed personable so we went to my room. Her performance was lackluster and she had to work hard just for me to finish.
