I am close to being your so-called "ego fucker". I got a few girls back when, but was a big failure in discos, and this was in the age of Donna Summers! I was shy, didn't care for dancing nor drinking, hated smoke, and loud music literally made my ears distort. I can get girls on my own as I am now financially well off and look better than most women anywhere near my age group, but don't really enjoy the dating process since I don't like to drink all that much, don't like dancing, don't like fancy dinners, despise dressing up, etc etc, you know, all the things women like to do!

So, yeah, I have been wanting to conquer the disco scene to some extent and to live out some of what I missed when younger. I am under no illusion I have any reason to feel proud or that my ego is being raised if a girl. A hooker, most likely. Leaves the disco with me. Even so, they are not bar girls and thus are more likely to ignore you, so you need to do a little talking and flirting to get them. You have to work at it a bit and you might go home empty. That appeals to the male instinct..

I liked the Peppermint. Go in there and say Jeff from the US who was in lust with Fon from 6 to 18 months ago sent you. Sky Fall is good. Baccara is highly favored but I don't think I have ever BF'd anyone from there. But sheesh, I didn't even know they had an upstairs.

Where is there daytime fun if need be? Are the soapies any good?

Soi 6 is my favorite. An amazing place. Kinnaree if you want to take a ride out there and figure how to get back. Soi 13/1 - 13/3 has some interesting bars and MPs. I have never BF'd anyone from there, and never really even considered going in a bar there of my own free will, but until my last trip I wasn't even sure if girls were available, duh. I do know at least some have rooms for ST encounters. I had one experience with a MP on 13/1 I believe. It was a bait and switch. Pretty girl greets you out front but does a hand off once inside. You can get extras, such as HJ or JB, possibly FS, but might find better deals and looks on Soi 6, or maybe even in the bars nearby if an actual massage is not your goal. Soapies are interesting, and you have to do a body slide at least once or twice in your life. But my experience with the soapies is the girls are more mechanical and won't do BBBJ. Prices are higher, and you can usually find prettier on Soi 6 even, but a pretty girl sliding up and down on you is fun.

What prices are reasonable?

What is a reasonable price for a pair of shoes? You can get a cheap pair from the discount store or a top designer brand for mega expensive! Depends on what you want and where you are. Some with the girls. Beach Road FL girls for around 700 to 1000, depending upon looks. Soi 6 are almost universally 300 BF and 1000. Disco girls from 1500. A top gogo girl might have a 2000 BF and 3000 for her and that might be ST! Soi 6 is probably the best overall value.

Are the bars still forced to shut by 2 am, and if so, where do people usually escape of to to continue the night?

Others gave better answers than me, but WS does not suddenly shut down at 2 AM. But certainly after this time, WS will considerably thin out and probably outside the discos the pickings will be very slim.

What is a "good girl"? All girls here are bad! Haha It all depends where you are at. On BR, just walk over and say Hello, and see if she smiles. You don't need to flirt or anything, as they are standing there in order to get picked up. You can quickly ask how much or, perhaps better, just tell them how much and hold your hand out to them to come along with you. But be very careful of ladyboys here! Some are quite beautiful and hard to tell until after you have gotten close up to them. A couple of times I was nearly fooled. Always ask if they are real girls! In gogo's, if you see one you like on stage dancing, tell your waiter or find out who the mamasan is. Or you can get the girl's attention and motion her to come over when they are done dancing. But, if someone asks the mamasan before the dancing ends, they will go to where the mamasan tells them. Hint: treat the mamasan well. When you call a girl over, talk a bit and make sure she will BF with you. If so, and you like her, only then buy a lady drink. If you still like her, find out how much the fee is. Perhaps better is to ask how much before you buy her that drink, but you don't want to appear too cheap. In a disco, I have no idea what to do. Well, I sort of do, but I am a rank amateur and will defer to others. Red Car is a good place to get started perhaps. A little quieter, no smoking, but in general older ladies, but they are easier to pick up and less expensive. They will try to get your attention and if they do, smile and walk over to them. They will want to dance and will show their interest by dancing very intimately with you.

What all precautions should I take?

Well, use condoms? Be sure to shower before and after sex? Look her vagina over for unnatural things before making contact with it? That kind of safety? For personal safety outside, I have always felt totally safe. Lock up valuables in your room to be sure. If you come home with a girl and leave money out while taking a shower, she can go through your stuff, so let her shower first while you lock your stuff up. I once had a scare that a girl was going through my pants that I foolishly removed and left on the bed with my money, but turns out she didn't. Don't drink anything outside a bar that she gives to you. Don't get drunk or act disrespectful. Only carry enough money with you that you think you will need for your planned activities. If you go back to your hotel the odds of them doing bad things are greatly reduced as the hotel will, or should, get a copy of their ID. Never try to avoid the hotel getting their IDs, as it is for your protection.

1. There are plenty of places to pick up girls in Pattaya like Beer Bars, GoGo bars and so on. Just approach the girl straight, give a smile and if you receive back a smile (which you will) talk to her. Same applied to discos.

2. Yes they will go with Indians happily. I have taken a number of them. There is no discrimination as far as I know, though I know incidents where some Indian youths have misbehaved. But then, so do others. After all girls are interested in money. Being courteous and nice draw girls towards you.

3. Take the same precautions you take elsewhere here in Pattaya too, like keeping valuable in safe etc. Do not carry too much cash. You can always take a card and draw money from ATM.

In addition, Beach Road, Soi Honey, Soi 25, soi 13/1 and 13/2, soi 3, the soapies near soi 3, soi Full Love Inn, Hollywood Pattaya near soi 3, some cool bars along 2nd Road near Soi Diana, tons of massage places if you walk along Soi Buakhao from LK Metro towards WS, Kinnaree in Pratumnak Hill.

Soi 6, Kinnaree Place, soapies (but not my thing). Nice girls at Sabai Dee last week though.

Gogo clubs are open til 3 or 4 am, depending on area and day of week. After that move on to the popular iBar / Insomnia, 808, Red Car, Mixx, Marine, etc. Really you should have your girl by 3 am. This also answers the question on daytime action. You will likely be sleeping if all goes well.

I've been wading through the many and I'd like to get some straightforward info as someone who really wishes to explore what this infamous place has to offer.
