I made sure to read a bunch about Bangkok and pattaya before making my plans so thanks everyone. I'm planning on a 6 day trip to Pattaya from Feb 16 to Feb 22. I'm currently deciding between staying at Talay 6 or LK the empress, they seem like they'd give good access to Terminal 21 and walking street so I could get to a bit of everything. I'm worried about my timing, wondering if anyone thinks my current timeline would be out of high season. It's tough negotiating with my job and a decently priced flight. I'd be landing in Bangkok too, but I'd be able to take a two hour bus or train to Pattaya. It's been fun planning my google doc with all the info. But yeah if you see something glaringly wrong with my plan please let me know. I'm also happy to scope a place out that someone's curious about or wants an update on, I'll add it to the list.

This past weekend apparently there was a Big Festival in Pattaya. I only read it in the Papers yesterday. Fri- Sun I had no clue.

It would informative to know if the same death spiral is starting to happen in Pattaya. Specifically, Koreans paying top dollar, and making Pattaya too expensive for everyone else.

Just a quick check and I found there are all ready more direct flights between Seoul / Inchon airport (18) to Bangkok, than Clark (3) and Manila (10) combined. So the Koreans already like Thailand. Just wonder if they bring their families to Thailand and use the Philippines for parties?

I suspect the policy you cited varies from bar to bar.

If I were a customer who rang the bell, I would not be happy if the bar allocated my money to people not in the bar. Come to think of it, some people might ring the bell when they see there aren't many bargirls in the bar at that moment, and would not want to have to shell out cash for the ladies who are upstairs, or ran out to buy food, or are out smootching with their boyfriend, or maybe don't exist.

I talk about a Nightwish bar on soi 6, and given that they applie the same policy in all their bars, that's how it works in more than half of the soi.

I suspect that non-Nightwish bars do the same too, because it is in the favor of the bar's business.

Did you ever ring the bell? I never did it but I was there numerous time when these guys did it. They don't look around and count how many girls are around before ringing the bell, they know very well they are blowing some cash. Most of the time, there are well more than fifteen girls in the bar when they're doing this, no way they are going to check their bill one by one, especially when you know they are most of the time drunk when they do it.

And as I said earlier, it's in the favor of the bar to do it that way, it helps both the business and the girls, they would be stupid to not do it that way.

Well its obvious you don't run a gogo. I do the math for you.

I do in THB.

Let's say a gogo has 100 ladies. According to YOUR calculations they could have a MAX revenue of 2. 000 THB*100 = THB 200.000 a day.

In reality on average girls are barfined 1-2 times during their contract. SO that's 20%.

20% of 200.000 = 40.000 THB a day.

Your 200.000 THB a day only works if ALL ladies are barfined ALL the time. And who walks into an Gogo with not many ladies?

They do have 100 ladies working with a drink target of 5-6 a day. 200 THB a drink.

100 * 5 = 500 drinks * 200 THB = 100.000 THB a DAY.

Thats half of your target of 200 K.

Thats excluding ALL drinks for customers themselves.

Thats excluding all drinks ABOVE their target (if a lady not meet her drink target she pays for the drinks in full!

Thats excluding revenue from barfines (estimated at 40 K a night).

So how they operate now. Thats 100 K in drinks, 40 K in barfines. 140 K.

In your case to get 140 K (out of the 200 K revenue from barfines) = 70% barfine rate.

Not going to happen.

All I'm saying is they should make it easier for the girls to get Barfined. 2,500 barfine isn't getting it done. WS has attractive girls but OMG that 2. 5 barfine is a turnoff.

Contrast that to Nana Plaza Rainbows where girls are being barfined all the time.

One barFine to the bar is 1,000 baht in income,. Repeat, rinse, wash. Girl, bar, customer Happy.

Where do they rate on your scorecards out of 10? I will tell more about them once some scores are in. Things like where they are, but you can see already, so prices, drinks required, negotiating time / games etc.

Just look like normal ass chicks to me. I do not play the rating game though. If you like them then have fun. If you don't then find someone else. You're not well informed.

When she is upstairs she is still considered in the bar, so she will get the comission too, as if she was downstairs. The only thing she misses on is the drink in itself, but nobody cares about that.

Only the girls that have been barfined or didn't show up won't get the comission.

I would call this the K-streamers inflation. When you've got these guys (and probably all their K-followers) throwing racks of 5 tequilas just for the girl to sit there, it's normal they start thinking their shit doesn't stink. There's no way she will want to get banged for an hour upstairs for 1500 when she knows so many guys are willing to spend 750 on her just for sitting and making her happy.

Another thing I noticed is Koreans seem to prefer barfining the girl and taking her outside for the whole night instead of banging her for an hour which means a higher income for the girl plus a good night out plus she saves her pussy some damage she could get with repeated shortimes. Does anyone know if the girls get a comission on the barfine in soi 6?

These extreme cases only pertain to about 5-10 girls in the entire Soi 6 army of available girls. So I really don't blame the Koreans. It's the new strategy used by some of these Soi 6 bars. These girls I am talking about were no where to be found pre-COVID on Soi 6. They look better or as good as the nicer looking GoGo bar girls on WS. They were brought in as high price coyotes as the new business model for some Soi 6 bars. One night when I was at a Soi 6 bar, I grabbed what I thought was one of the best on Soi 6. We sat for a drink and 2 younger Koreans came in. She has mentioned she's been to Korea and went to school there. But of course, probably a bunch of lies. Her eyes lit up as they walked in and another girl walked by our table and made faces at her. I assume those two guys were her regulars or whatever. So feeling the competition. I plainly asked her her price to go upstairs right then and there. She quoted me 2000 and 400 for the room. I told her "no thanks" and she was off to their table for drinks. So I could of had her if I "lusted. " If Soi 6 ups their game, so need the guys who venture there. My MO is "we" have farms in Thailand with the Thai police to grow ganja. So I apparently am not a 9-5 office worker on a short holiday. She was a new girl, I was trying to impress. I am quite sure the girls told her that they've seen me tons of times over the past 6-8 years. I think that was why she was willing to grab a quick 2000 from me and perhaps try top get more in the long run. I have no time to play these games. My max is 1500 on Soi 6 or 2000 including anal. Room not included.

So while it's easy to blame Koreans, I did notice a couple of younger Arabic / Indian managers at a couple fo bars. My guess is so they can ripe in the Indian guys that hope to land some of these girls on Soi 6. I really don't blame anyone, except those of us that can't adapt to the change. It's like saying McD's food prices went up, but you aren't savvy enough to download the app and get all your free food stuff and discounts. Laundry up to 60-75 baht a kilo. Now I go to Otteri and do my own laundry for 70 baht total for 10 kilos. There is a way. Guys just need to stop up their game a but more and figure it out on their own. And it all starts with this rules on Soi 6.

1. See a girl you like.

2. Ask her immediately before even offering to buy 1 drink, how much short time and room price.

3. Pay the room charge or barfine first off she says "yes". That way nobody can steal her and she can't run off for drinks another table.

4. Then you can buy her a drink and then fuck afterwards.

Once I pretended I was drunk. Flashed 10,000 baht in my wallet. Told some Soi 6 hottie at Lust, that I wanted to bang first and then me, her, and a couple of her friends can drink shots afterwards. She accepted the 1000 plus 400 for the room. She thought it was going to be easy money, but I sure did sobered up quick and ragged her out. Afterwards, I just told her I don't feel like drinking anymore and had to meet my buddies on WS. Now everytme I walked by, she calls me "LIAR. " Oh well, my game is strong. LOL.

Don't get caught in the "dating" games which is if you like me, then show me, by buying me lots of drinks. Drinks goes towards their salary or contract. This is the same at the Gogo bars. Guys will try to "get to know" a girl with drinks. That is the dating game that will get guys hustled. If the girl says no or refuses to give you a boom boom price before first drink, then you move on. Be happy you saved money even in rejection. It could have been lots worse after 3-4 drinks and she said "no. " One girl quoted me 1500 barfine and 4000ST to take her out of Soi 6. That is more than Agogo pricing. That was when I found a 1000 gem afterwards that let me take pics and vids. Best gifts are the ones not asked for but the ones received in consolation.
