Someone on this forum mentioned the Kinnaree Club in Pattaya as a good place. Can someone give details about it, such as location etc? I looked through a bunch of posts here, plus did a search on this forum, but couldn't find it. Thanks.

I visited it yesterday, although I abstained. The girls are mostly attractive, 7's, some 8's. Prices are 1000 B ST, 350 B barfine.

Drinks are B60, and B120 for ladies drinks. Most of the customers seemed to be Europeans. This is a very nice, classy place. It's not near the beach though, kind of out of the way, so you may need a taxi.

But what you don't realize is that when most girls come to Pattaya they start out on Soi 6. So chances are that if you meet a chick elsewhere, such as a gogo then she has already done her time in Soi 6 and learned the lay of the land enough to graduate and venture out to work other places. So actually a Soi 6 girl would more than likely have less mileage on them!

I have some friends who visit Pattaya a lot. They said it's the opposite, that the girls finish at Soi 6.

My limited knowledge on the subject tells me that Sagami 001 is available only in one size, while the 002 comes in mutiple sizes, shapes and colors. I order my stock online from a Japanese website and they take 1 week to deliver (in Singapore). I have not seen them on shelves of pharmacies or even inside sex shops. Apparently the economics of price, demand, supply does not work out for the vendor.

FWIW I was told the 001 were not approved for sale in Singapore, when I explicitly asked for them there. I have found them available OTC elsewhere in Asia, though.

I was told the same thing by many girls over the years. There were times when the frikkin mamasan would not let me take my girl too early, and the answer was always the drink quota. Some girls come to work even when they have their period, just to fulfil their drink quota. When I asked a girl what would happen if a customer wants to barfine you, she said she would dance around the question.

Thanks mate. Always post with the hope that someone will benefit or avoid the mistakes I would have done on my visit. A clear one was not taking Mons no or going to her bar on the last night as well. No regrets now, plenty of fish awaiting for me in Indonesia and Philippines next month.

Wow, 500 baht is already 200 baht over the usual rate and I remember a few years ago it was 1000 baht for the girl and the room.


No doubt the mamasan, having seen you accepted the 500 baht prime for the room, told the girl to increase her price as well.

I don't think I gave any signs of being a newbie neither I am. I liked the girl, talked to her outside and then took her in for a drink. I would have given 200 baht extra for room. I generally don't negotiate on room or barfine costs and take them to be sacrosanct. This was an aberration. I knew that 1000 + 350 was pretty much the price range since last year hence aware that they were asking 200 extra and I was ok.

Issue was that the girl was asking for 50% extra. The room cost was immaterial at that point of time in my decision making process.

I always skip drink and ladydrink in soi6, just stop outside the bar when I see a girl I like, ask some question and if her answer are right I take her upstair for ST.

I have tried this approach too, not at Soi 6 but at some of the open bars at WS, 2nd Road & Soi 7. I ask for my drink, find a real pretty face and "I barfine you" in less than 10 minutes at the bar. Its not a big deal IMHO.

What we have all witnessed for the last 20 years is a phenomenon that no matter how high the asking price for girls goes, aggregate demand for pussy either remains the same or even increases. It is indeed amazing. Similar to Oil. Also, the world population is growing fast (although the growth rate has dropped now to 1. 13%) and scores of young men who have never experienced Thailand will keep the demand end taut. Divorce rates are up (EU at 44% Divorce: Marriage, UK at 47% and USA at 53%) which means more lonely middle aged men looking for "true love". Yep, demand is here to stay.

....The problem is no one can predict accurately when the breaking point will occur or how high ST rates will go before it does. I for one will not be surprised if we see 5000 bt for Go Go ST in 5 years. I know - amazing right!

Carrying on from the above points, there is more disposable income in developing nations than ever before. Young men who cannot get laid in their own countries will dish out the asking price willingly. These men can never dream of getting laid with a sexy GoGo chick at even twice the price back home. Hell, there may be no GoGo bars; worse yet, no open P4 P.

This is a disturbing trend I have observed over the last 2 seasons and I always insist on doing the negotiations directly with the girl. They have pulled the language card on me a few times before I start to reveal my Thai language capabilities. While some mamasans are really nice, most are greedy fat bitches who will rip off a regular customer without batting an eyelid. Again, possibly demand. Supply economics at play.

Should also consider the downturn in the economies and exchange rate of the major players who visit Thailand (China, Japan, Russia and the euro dropping). What effect will that have on excessive asking prices? 4000 baht is a huge price to pay when you consider the number of girls at the nightclubs who will take 2000, beer bar cuties who jump at 1500. If I really like the girl I'm willing to pay the extra on the first pop but when she comes over again after not making enough money the next night or two I cut that amount down.

It was only a couple of years ago (2013) that I remember the Soi Six price was 700 bt for the girl and 300 bt for the room. Now the price is 1000bt plus 300bt. A thirty percent increase. Many Soi Six regulars protested the rate increase at the time and vowed they would never pay it, but guess what? 1300bt is now pretty much the rate except possibly for a small number of well known ex-pats living in Pattaya.
