Safe is a relative term. On BR I try to choose the less skanky looking girls and to keep my raincoat on.

My favorite option for LT girls is FLs from the clubs: Insomnia, Red Car, Marine, etc. This is my bread and butter while I am in Pattaya and I've found many amazing GFE girls there. But it takes a little effort and patience. Not as easy as just ordering form a menu like at DD. LOL.

As for me, it does not take much to please me. This girl was eye candy, IMO, and that was worth the price of admission. In addition, she was friendly, sweet, with good English, and I really had a good time with her, despite all her service shortcomings.

I am not sure I see the logic of taking one girl LT from DD. At 3900 you can do MUCH better than the girls they have there. And get GFE to boot instead of the cold professional treatments of the girls there. For me DD is for acting out all your craziest fantasies with good performers. You take 2 girls and go through the Karma Sutra in 2 hours. Otherwise its not a good value.

I know I am not a regular poster here but very busy sharing elsewhere. And I happen to not only recently having caught a STD myself but also have knowledge on this subject including antibiotics resistance. So just as a warning, what is proposed here is from a medical viewpoint very dangerous advice including wrong statements. It is exactely the described course of action that contributed to the widespread resistance especially among STD germs. 2 not 1 gram of AZT is still a recommended treatment for one STD. But it works not anymore for most others. Especially gonorrhoea shows resistance rates of up to 80% depending on geography and this not only on Zithromax, it has become very difficult to cure these days. As a matter of prevention azithromycin is absolutely ineffective! It will not safe a marriage but put you in a fake sense of security that may incourage unsafe behaviour. I am not trying to give medical advice nor pass any judgement on how everyone has fun. But for diagnosis and treatment of STDs you need have a diagnostic and specific therapy. Read the CDC website if you do not believe me. It has clear and validated medical information. And the claims on how resistance occurs are also misleading. Do yourself a favour, do not believe in magic one pill cures all approaches.

Resistance sets up when you don't complete a course of antibiotics. In this case, you take a single dose and you are done and, if you have a bug, it gets killed.

I certainly agree it is not the ideal way, but it can take a few days for an infection to show up on the tests. If he is leaving Friday and he gets tested on Thursday, but he caught a bug on Wednesday, his test will be negative. So, he goes home and has sex with the wife on Saturday thinking he is clean, only to wake up Sunday to a painful dick. Oops. His wife may now have the clap!

If he takes the full dose maybe 12 hours after his last P4P activity, it will kill any bacterial bugs if may have picked up and he will go home clean. It is people who are, say, prescribed 7 days of doxy and quit after 2 or 3 days, who cause resistance.

And doctors treat patients this way all the time. You go to the clinic and, just to be safe, they give you a prophylactic treatment of Zithromax or doxy or whatever as they know it is difficult to get people back in for treatment should they test positive.

Ideally, of course, he refrains from sex with the wife for a week before being tested, but if he wife is expecting sex when he gets home, what can he do? He can use the "too tired" excuse only so long. And, ideally, he should wait even longer to have sex with her to see if HPV or HSV shows up, and continue to refrain for another couple of months and then go back for an HSV panel and HIV test. These are the risks.

So, I think my advice is quite logical and is based on actual medical practices. Again, he can test clean in Thailand but still come home with a bug, and the only way to ensure he does not bring back gonorrhea or Chlamydia is either refrain from sex for a week to see if a bug develops, or by taking a prophylactic treatment two days or so before having unprotected sew with someone else. My shitty advice could possibly save a marriage.
