Other than Nataree and Annies, you are correct, the soapies in Patttaya are way cheaper than the other soapies in Bangkok. Even Nataree and Annies, are a mere 200-300 THB more than Honey 2. Service quality is not the top priority at these shops and sometimes the experience at soapies can be a hit or miss. Quality in terms of looks at the Bangkok soapies (in general), as you may have read is very good, I too need to visit one of these shops in Pattaya to come to a conclusion re the overall package.
