Even if it was possible to say, that would not mean one would not get and STD anyway. am hearing the police are pulling over tourists on mc / motorbikes and confirep001ing them if the tourists does not have a thai license. they are running some scam with the bike renters who say it's ok to rent with a home country or international dl. what's the word from the man in the street?

that they simply found this so far unexploited reason to fine who does not carry an idl. they are being helped by clown foreign tourist police that pre-set the ticket and send the person to the office where the lazy pig real police finishes filling the form and collects 400 bts. no confirep001ion.

The "Bibs" are very busy right now in Pattaya. They are trying to recover income from ticket revenue they lost when many of them were called up to Bangkok to help monitor the large demonstrations. Also, keep in mind Songkran is coming up in April. I've been coming to Thailand since 1994, and I have been in Pattaya since late October. The combination of the Thai ladies asking for 2, 500 Baht for short-time, and the effort I have to put forth to avoid the traffic stop fleecing, makes Cambodia look better with each passing day I don't pay 2, 500 Baht for short time. I seem to get more realistic prices from the freelancers who work the beer bars. Not too many stunners, but much easier on the wallet. It was paradise for so many years, that I really can't whine too much. Like the Buddha says, nothing is permanent.

I go to Thailand every year. Getting pretty girls for 500 Baut is not unheard of. I have had many beautiful girls for 500. I did notice in the past two years more girls want 700 baut. Now this will not be popular to say and please save the flaming. It also depends on how you look. Your age, shape cleanliness. If you are in your 20's or 30's and good looking you can get a better deal. If you are in your 40's and decent looking but charming there is still room to negotiate. After 50, 60s ect the girls want 1000 baut or more.

I will add the best deals is when Thailand is busy in the high season. The most expensive is when Thailand is in the slow season. When business is slow thai mind is to raise the price.

I must be very hansum and charming because I get nice looking ladies for 1000. 1200 baht for LT and I am pushing 60. Also decent lookers for 500. 700 for ST, which I rarely do. I told one she could come to my room every night for awhile if she wanted. She would show up at about 8:00 pm and leave after we finished the morning session. One lady was 25, one was 27 and one was 30. These were my regulars and each one was good looking.

I have not found low season to be more expensive. I found it to be about the same for ladies, but cheaper for hotels. However, the best deals are when the lady is in more need of money. This is sometimes due to lack of customers and rent is due. They do have to eat, pay rent and in many cases send money home to support kids / parents. Seems to happen more in low season than high in my experience.

Are there still white girl clubs over there.

Any ideas on a good company to rent a condo close to the walking street from. Noting that I may be renting for a couple of months.

during my feb14 stay in pattaya i did notice this first hand. farangs were being stopped way too often which i didn't see on previous 2 occasions so there is definately some truth in what you have heard.

After swinging and missing a few days ago in Singapore and last night in Pattaya, this morning (8. 9:00) I was walking Beach Road near Mike's Shopping Center and found several girls hanging around, actually across the street from the Beach since the Beach side of the road is completely consumed by small tents for the Music Festival. Well, Soi 11 isn't really behind the Hilton. The tumruat (cops) are soi 9 and beach road. 1 way between beach and 2nd. And that is about 150m from soi 9 to Central Festival *where the Hilton is. Soi 11 would be "Honey Inn" going from 2nd to Buakhao. Minor detail, tho.

The first instinct was probably an overreaction, but it's important not to ruin the market, so in that sense you helped the rest of us. Better play likely would have been to try to knock down the 1300 some. In some MPs, like Nataree in Bangkok, they tend to stagger the pricing FOR you, with newer (e. G. First 2 weeks or less) or prettier ones quoted higher. OTOH I can't always tell visually between a newer one and someone who's worked awhile but still is in early 20's.

Others may play it differently, but with soapy MPs I always insist on a girl who'll do the raft routine. That used to be something you could just assume, but in some cases nowadays it narrows the field considerably, even though it has negligible effect on price. MPs are a good example of where average to slightly above average lookers can compensate a lot with good skills.
