Just the opposite for me. With non-pros (educated middle class girls) that I have rarely gotten involved with, sexual interactions took a long time to occur. Thailand is a very conservative place. With American girls it was right away, within a week of dating at most.

Russian mafia is very strong in Pattaya and Phuket. They know how to run businesses and extract money from mid easterners, that are the typical preys for these establishments. Stay away.
