On the whole Vit V / Vit C controversy, personally at times use Vit C. Used Vit V, and IMO it sucks. Lasts like an hour, and after done, nothing. Get a weekend out of Vit C tablet. Just take half now and half later. Picked up my Vit C generics back in AC, Phil and for CHEAP. And I mean CHEAAAPPPPP. Suspect I paid a fourth of what it goes for here in Pattaya.

YMMV.

Here in Pattaya friend of mine recommended Storect. It's this natural herbal product. Am pretty skeptical of these things, but I believe it worked and pretty well. Paid 600 for four tablets. Will try it again soon. Except for about a ten day break, have had a gal or two every day now for like two months. Getting bit worn.

Woke up this morning, and sick. Knew it was the AC was blowing dirty air, and I am really sensitive to that. I told them to swap out the filter, and I would pay for it. The same thing happened back the States, and the hotel pretty much laughed at me, at that was over $60 / night. My hotel at 700 baht said no problem and they paid for it themselves. Suspect it not been changed in ten years. Fixed my problem.

Last evening found one gal with a group of friends near entrance of Walking Street. She was absolutely hot. 23 years. Just visiting from who knows where. As always my approach is: "You come with me?","How much you want." Note that most gals say 1000 for ST. This really bothers me, not only because I am king cheap charlie, but only a few years ago 500 baht was the norm for ST. Please don't hate me for posting too frequently. I read two things in this weird piece of news. First, that the baby had born already, was being carried by her criminal mother looking for a place where to dispose of it, but then, voluntarily or not, was dropped straight from the motorbike.

And second, that apparently when is about unexpected birth, Thais make an exception to their rule to not help people in distress or having suffered an accident. Compare to the Bangkok cop that helped to life to some dozen babies already.

On this topic, the other night driving on Suk. I saw how they handle accidents, police just parked a car to shield the guy on the ground from traffic, he was still half down, like trying to come back to his senses. I seemed to me that he had a spineboard put on him, although I'm not totally sure. However everybody was standing far away and he was left alone to endure his pain and misery before the ambulance arrived. I did not stopped because professional help was on his way already, but if that wasn't the case I would have and gave first help, then they can sue my sorry ass from the other side of the world.

Watch out for a girl who works the beer bars with the boxing ring just before walking street. She has "anny" tattooed on her arm. I dropped some weed in the short time room upstairs, she then tried to extort me for a few thousand baht. Then she opened door and screamed for security, two thai guys turn up, needless to say, I wasnt having a bar of it, so walked over her and them, and got the hell out of dodge. My own fault for carrying drugs, but hey, I'm weak haha, this is all.

Just in case you show up early on Soi 6 and find your favorite bar still closed: the cops are doing one of their periodic harassment efforts, telling the bars they can't open till 6 pm. The first couple days, earlier this week, most didn't. Now they're gradually reopening at the usual time in the early afternoon. The girls today were telling me that it takes a daily payment of B7500 (B15, 000 for the big ones) to open early so it's a nice little income earner for the cops. Usually these things wind down within a few days but with that kind of profit, who knows this time.

The new Thai version of Viagra, Sidegra, was 180 baht / 4 servings, although I found it at another place 2 doors down for 100. Neither place had Kamagra either. The lady said that the police have cracked down on the generic imports since Thailand has their own version now.

Spent a few days with a lovely girl from the "frog" bar, in the first beer bar complex as you enter walking street, across from the new ago go bar, sugar I think it was called. Lovely girl in there, calls herself M. She only cost me 2000bht for 3 days, only charged me the first night, think she was happy to just hang out with me, and just paid her bar fines, very nice girl, kinda fiesty, but I like that. Seems you got a nice result there. A good lady at a very good price. Incidentally the last time I was in Pattaya was mid December and I saw a very slim girl dancing in the same bar (frog) did you notice if she is still there. Never did get round to asking about BF'ing her but may do the next time I am down there.

Nice personal report Popper1. Yes there are times when things don't want to flow right, one should not that personally, turns of luck make you stronger.

I hear what you say about never getting into fights with Thais in Thailand. This early morning, I had a little incident with the Beach Street girl that I wrote about in my latest posting, when she wanted to be paid for sleeping. I handled it "my firm way" and it ended OK with my money safe, however I'll make sure I'll never put myself in the same situation again.

at beach road the quantity and quality of wgs reduced significantly. now i see more of the very chabby type and 4-5/10 type. where have all the nice girls gone?

they've all been run off by the constant police crackdowns. i stayed in pattaya for a week recently and only got laid a few times, and very poorly even those times. not fun. girls all mentioned heavy police roundups, several times per evening / night, and lots of bribes and drug checks with resulting jail-time or heavy bribes. also some girls mentioned attempts are constantly made to enlist them in various kind of entrapment schemes and informant roles. so, be careful out there. as always the prettiest girls are the first to flee police crackdown (they fear getting an extensive rap-sheet and presumably being raped, not to mention the police generally steal their phones, etc.) , and the oldest and ugliest the last to give in (nowhere else to go, already have a rap-sheet, police less interested in them, etc).

nowadays, pty is mostly all about the big droves of russians and other group-tour types shuffling about, and a remaining expensive but low-quality sex scene under slow and steady pressure. perhaps the most evocative of the new pattaya is the crowding of the old p. s. guesthouse. there's a new obnoxious and disgusting middle eastern restaurant next to it that claims all the parking along the street gangster style, not unlike the offensive microbrewery place across the street. never any customers at this middle-east place, of course, but you can see the writing on the wall for p. s. and the few freelancers who still manage to ply their trade along the beach there.
