Not a problem for me as I live here but yeah, it's the wrong kind of medical tourism for people with our hobby. Unless you did it your last day, and that might make for a slightly uncomfortable plane ride home.

Hahah, same story happened to me, must be about two years ago already. I told him I was not going to get back ever! Your reports are great, keep it doing. I had to change nick too often, but I wrote a lot from practically all over the world.

I rarely go to night clubs but I think I would prefer some guy brushing his hand against my balls safe in the knowledge there are no drunk, and or, emotional people carrying weapons.

Lets talk vasectomies, I've asked on a couple forums and the only recommendation I've been given is that the best combo of service and value would be given at Pattaya memorial hospital for roughly $300-$400

Does this sound like a good place to go for that operation? Anyone have any experiences getting one in Pattaya? Know of another place that might be better?

My suggestion would be to do it in BKK.

I had one experience at Pats Hosptial and it was not very good. Seemed low tech and unorganized to me.

I suspect it's fine. That's the usual kind of jacked-up Pattaya price, but still probably cheaper than PIH or Bangkok Hospital Pattaya.

I had mine done at Mechai's public clinic on Sukhumwit Soi 12 in Bangkok. They supposedly do more of them than anywhere else in Thailand. It's the no-scalpel technique, though a bit crude with the anesthesia. It's free, including even the drugs they give you to take home. I offered a donation and they said, well, we don't take them but here's a box for a charity for orphans you can put it in.

I in the past have thought about getting the little guy taken care of but after speaking to a few people who had it done even in the States " I heard although simple it hurts " I'm no pussy when it comes to pain ". I didn't know there was another procedure that is less evisive and maybe less painful?

Bought it. Used it. Had same effect as Viagra (for me). KS Pharmacy which is a few steps from Soi 17 / Suk. Same side of the street as Robinson's. I need to add this was in BKK. Do not know where to get within Pattaya

Both the Bangkok post and the nation had articles on thai made viagra-I think is called Sidagra.

Has any body found it- bought it- tried it? If so, where did you find it and how is it?

I've been on that trail for the past week. I went to my doctor and he said it is a simple procedure and it would be cheaper to go to a government hospital. So the other day I went to Banglamung hospital. The doctor was out to lunch though. Since then I have had friends call and they said I would have to come in to talk to a doctor about it. My friend agreed that this is mainly so they know to charge you as a Thai or foreigner as is the case at Sri Racha hospital.

A friend also called a place she says the name is Practice Birth Control in Bangkok which she thought may be cheaper. She said there was no answer. Maybe because they are closed on Sundays.

She also called Meechai on Suk Soi 12 in BKK, as Betong mentioned. They said it is free but it depends on if the patient gives a donation. She said they wanted the birth certificates of any children I may have, but when she told them that info would be back in the USA they told her that I would need to go consult with the doctor first. Meechai is open Tue-Fri from 0830-1500. I will be in Bangkok next week so I may swing by there.

From my experiences, that is a 100% verified flag that the girl is going to do something you don't like (such as leaving early or not doing what was agreed upon).

This post gets lost quickly in all the meaningless drivel about egos on here. But here goes.

Last week I wasted a bar fine, drinks, and dinner on a gal named Sherry from Black Pagoda in Patpong. She's the tall, slender, chop-stick (about 5'10" without the heels.) We left out of there, had a good time on the town for a little while, but that's not what I paid her for. At the hotel, she was a non-performer. Tried to turn away from kissing, no oral action, and lackluster FS (if you can even call it that.) And wanted to leave at 3am from our "Long Time" agreement. Hmmm, wonder why she wanted the money up-front? Of course, I didn't fall for that! There's other good talent at Black Pagoda, so just pass on this one.
