Been to Thailand dozens of times, many adventures in Pattaya, still two things I haven't figured out and hope some seasoned mongers can help.

1. A reliable place to buy quality lube and condoms. Is there something better than the crap they sell at Seven 11 that I have been missing all this time?

2. How to get girls to let you take pictures nude and during sex in 2013. Used to be no problem, then hit or miss, now I find very few will be photographed at all. What's the deal? I especially want to photo some of the hard bodies with prime cups I pull out of the go gos. I know people are still taking pics, and lots of them. All the Thai porn sites and then the amateur submissions like "submit your Thai" are chock full. What are they doing? Huge tips or something?

If you take a girl off the street you have absolutely no comeback in case of problems.

Pattaya bars are not exactly shining exemplars of amazing customer service either. If she steals something minor from you, they'll probably do exactly nothing. If she drugs you (the most common MO) , you might not remember much anyway. If she managed to steal a large amount of money, she'll be off to the village, and all that going to the bar would do for you is perhaps obtain a real name on the police report. Basically, prevention is key, afterwards you have little or no recourse anyway.

The best precaution is to make them show I'd card at the entrance and have the hotel retain a copy of it. This applies to freelancers as much as bargirls.

Most importantly, they are dressed, you can't see their body. If get a GoGo girl there will be no surprises.

After a few years of mongering, finding yet-another-hard-body is trivial. However, finding a girl with a proper attitude and chemistry is not as common and worth much more to me. This can be discovered far more easily in a more relaxed beach road environment. Of course, other people may have different priorities.

I have been walking down BR the last few nights and I have never seen this large amount of girls available in all my years of traveling to the LOS.

This can mean a few of things: Girls can't find work even on high season for whatever reason. Or there are plenty of bargains to be had. Or there are many desperate women out there at this point and time.

still messing around here in pattaya. i was slowed down a bit due to catching a cold, i was hacking up yellowish crud over the weekend. got some needed rest and popped some medicine pills and now i'm back up to speed. hit some of the beer bars very briefly, but before long was back into some go-gos. sadly it seems that prolonged time in the go-gos tend to make the dames there a bit loopy. or maybe it's just me.

Saturday 15 December.

Woke up quite late, think it was around 1 pm, no rush so I didn't. Eventually took a walk along Soi Buakao and found a nice little bar which served a full English breakfast (otherwise known as angina on a plate) I think I have had about four of these in the last 12 months. The quality was very good but I can't seem to find decent tasting bacon anywhere in Thailand, any suggestions would be welcome. The girl from the previous night was so good I decided to give her the bar-fine for Saturday night as well before she left. I know a lot of people will be thinking "why the same girl"? My philosophy is that I was only in Patts for three days and we all know p4p can be a lottery so rather than picking another girl and risking a dodgy performance why not book her and that way I know what I am getting.

After a few hours lazing about and looking on the internet I got myself ready and headed out to the venue. The party was arranged by some friends who live in Pattaya and run another forum, Barladies. Com. The place was called Le Private and is situated in Soi Lengkee, which links up with Soi Buakao. I had never been to this place before but had been appraised that it was ostensibly a BJ bar (bus-mans holiday is the word on everyone's lips) with ST rooms if needed and that the management would ensure a fine selection of ladies to choose from. Having necked a Kamagra gel in anticipation I was looking forward to a very fulfilling evening. Initially it was great to meet the old hands and a few new members I got there just after 8 and started off with a few vodka sprites. The place itself is quite small but nice enough. After an hour I was starting to wonder where TF these multitude of girls were. Well to be fair I made the statement in the first place so he has every right to ask for justification. Hands up I am not speaking from personal experience. I have been told by friends of friends that they have, on occasions, had stuff taken from their rooms by a BR lady. Similar stories of disease have been recounted. Before anyone jumps all over this I admit the information is second or third person.

To put this into perspective I am not suggesting every girl who works BR is a raging thief and riddled with disease, some are just as good looking and trustworthy as a girl from a MP or go-go and a damn site cheaper. Some simply prefer the freedom of freelancing, they can come and go as they please, work when they want and take time off when they want. The difference with a go-go girl is if she steals from you you always have the recourse of going back to where she works, you do not have this with a street worker. Based on personal experience of girls from the beer bars giving better service / attitude than go-go's I would guess it may well follow the BR girls probably try a lot harder to please than a lot of go-go bar girls.
