wiki describes a six sigma process as "one in which 99.99966% of the products manufactured are statistically expected to be free of defects (3.4 defects per million)." this is the same science that i have put to my disco mongering pick up game. the girls are used to seeing me and know that i live here. they have heard nothing bad about me. they come with me and we have a good time and i give them 1000 baht the next day and everyone leaves happy. so far it is been virtually flawless. but what about the .00034% that contain a defect? well i found that out last night.

i sat with the light skinned girl with the braces for about 5 minutes then i told her let's go. we walked down the street with her walking behind me. she stopped at a sushi stand and picked out some food while i stood about 10 meters away. she came and asked me for 100 baht to pay for her food. i obliged. we started back walking and she asked what i wanted. i said nothing. she said that if i wanted something then she would pay for it no problem. i told her no. before we made it to my bike i did decide to stop in mcdonald's and get some chicken nuggets. after i placed my order she placed an order with another cashier that came up to 178 baht. she gave the cashier 200 baht and when she tried to give her the change back she declined. the cashier put the 22 baht into the container for needy kids or whatever. i didn't quite understand it. she just got 100 baht worth of sushi and now she is buying more food at mcdonald's. oh well she is a grown ass lady so i guess she knows what she is doing. we got on my bike and went home.

i called my cousin's room from downstairs before i came into the building because i had to tell him something. we went up to my room and started eating and my cousin showed up 5 minutes later. the girl was sitting on the bed with her food on the nightstand. she put one of her feet on my couch which is covered by a brown sheet. i saw how dirty her feet were on the bottom and the spot she was making on the sheet. i told her not to do it and to go wash her feet. she didn't pay me any attention. i carried on talking to my cousin until i finished eating then i went to sit on the bed with the girl. i repeatedly told her to go take a shower but she ignored me. i thought that maybe she didn't want to do it with my cousin around. she got under the covers with all her clothes on and her dirty ass feet. i was having a fit inside thinking what the hell is she doing to my clean sheets. my cousin finally left.

i told the girl to go ahead and take a shower. she just said,"up to me," but didn't budge. i pulled all her clothes off and told her to go ahead. again she said,"up to me." i said look go ahead and take a shower so we can get this show on the road. she said you are not my daddy or my mother. i said yes but this is my room so you need to go take a shower or get out. she said okay i go home; give me money. i said money for what, you have not done anything. it was late and i didn't want to deal with bullshit. i did some shit that i would never do. i pulled out 500 baht and said put your clothes on and leave. she said what is that. i showed her. she laughed and said 500 baht? you can fuck my toe for that. you can go fuck a dog or something. then she started kneeing me and hitting me. i pushed her off the bed and told her to put her clothes on and get out. she walked around to the foot of the bed and gave my flat screen tv a bruce lee side kick. all i could remember after that was dragging her naked ass out into the hallway, locking the door, gathering up her things, and throwing them out into the hall with her. i called my cousin's room and told him to call security.

it was about 4:30am. the girl started kicking my door and shouting waking up all the neighbors. the guy who manages the building heard the commotion up on the fifth floor (i stay on the third) and came down to talk to the girl. i was looking out of the peephole. she was telling him that i fucked her and didn't give her any money. he knows for a fact that i have damn near a different person here everyday and have never caused any problems in the building. he told her to get out or he would call the police. my cousin came to my room and said that i needed to come downstairs to meet with the manager and the girl. i went down but there was only the security guard and the girl there. i got in a shouting match with the girl, in which i purposely made her admit in front of security to kicking my tv. she kept telling me to give her 500 baht so she could go home. was this the same 500 baht that i offered her earlier that she scoffed at? that offer was off the table immediately after my tv was kicked. i told her that she needed to be giving me 10000 baht for my tv.

she said there was no damage to the tv and the security guard could go look at it. admittedly there was no damage; probably due to the fact that the tv sits about 6 inches in front of the wall and there are cables behind it at the base. so when she kicked it near the top it merely pushed the top toward the wall making the tv slant against the wall.

she kept telling me that if i didn't have any money then i needed to go back to my country. she even said she would buy me a plane ticket. eventually i realized that the shouting back and forth was getting me nowhere so i decided to shut down and give her the silent treatment. she continued her rant while i just stared at her making her even more frustrated. she kept telling me to give her 500 baht so she could go home. she got so frustrated that she started hitting my legs and tugging on the cargo pockets of my shorts. it looked like the manager was not coming back. my cousin said he was going to his room and i followed him. she tried to follow me through the security door but i was able to push her back and pull the door closed.

me and my cousin went up to my room and talked about what had happened. he said,"man you must have choked her or something because it was all red around her neck." i thought about it and said,"you know what? i damn sure did. i completely forgot about it. right after she kicked that tv i threw her on the bed and got on top of her and started choking the shit out of her. then i dragged her ass out into the hall."

this just goes to show that no method is 100% foolproof and every now and then the tightest mongering system will experience kinks. i just hope not to have an incident of this caliber for a long time to come.

At 2am I decided to go to the disco to pick up a 1000 baht LT. I parked in the lot right before getting to Walking Street. A girl came and sat on the bike next to mine. I thought she was about to solicit me, but as I got off my bike she said,"Twenty baht" for parking. I laughed and told her,"Mai dai." My cousin said that a guy asked him for 20 baht one day to park there. He b*tched the guy out because he had watched as a number of Thais parked in the same place and they had not given the guy any money. My cousin told him that as soon as the Thais started paying then he would pay.

I walked down to Lucifer and watched the last 5 minutes of the ass shaking contest. They usually have a bottle of Chivas or champagne for the winner, but this time the lucky girl went home with 1000 baht. They announced that next week's prize would be 2000 baht. A group of girls came in and one pulled me over to talk to her friend. She was just my type. I took her back to the front so we could talk with a little less noise. I asked her to come with me but she said her friend was leaving the next day so she wanted to hang out. We exchanged numbers and I took her picture with my phone so I could put the face with the phone number. I told her that I would like to see her the following day and she agreed. But when I called her this afternoon she said she was in Bangkok and would not return until Sunday. No good for me. I have a girl coming to see me from Japan from Saturday until Wednesday.

I returned to the back of the disco and another chick pulled me over to the side. She danced behind me while reaching around holding my dick through my pants nonstop for 3 songs in a row. Of course I protected the contents of my pockets the entire time. I broke off with intentions to finish my hunt. However right next to that group was another girl who I always see in the disco and we always speak to each other. She is tall, thin, light-skinned, and has braces. I had no idea what her name was but I decided that tonight just may be her night.

Do a week each in BKK, Pattaya and Phuket. BKK for culture / big city experience, Pattaya for night life and Phuket for the beaches / bitches. 555.

You'll be coming in high season so book your hotel and flights in advance. Do as much research as you can. Have fun and stay out of trouble (drugs and jet skis). You'll have a blast.

I went to Beach Road last night about 1:30. There were a few women out but only 1 possible for me, and she seemed a little high or something. The cops had rounded up all the ladyboys and was making them sit quietly on Soi 13 until the pickup truck arrived. I watched another ladyboy, who didn't appear to be trying to pick anyone up, walk down the street (opposite from the beach) with a type of shopping bag in hand. He made a right on Soi 13 and BAM. The cop said sit your ass down along with all of the other ones. Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. And what stops them from running off? Surely one cop couldn't catch 15 people if they all decided to walk off at the same time. I'm not sure why the cops were only targeting that particular subgroup last night and did not bother the females at all.

Based on the information you provided and to let you know this question has been ask plenty of times before you. I would recommend the following as I have done in the past which has worked out for many in the past based on your 3 weeks visit and the information that this might be your one and only time.

Since Bangkok is closer to the airport and it is the capital of Thailand you certainly don't want to leave without ever seeing it? So go to Bangkok first and maybe stay at Livingstone lodge depending on your budget? (for information go to his thread Giotto) I will get back to his place later. Plan on staying maybe 5-7 days and then take a private car or bus to Pattaya for another 5-7 days.

Where you are staying has action of its own. From the Metro Apartments you can walk around 2 blocks (Blocks in America same as Soi's) to beach road and then catch a 10 baht Songthaw bus to Walking Street or you can walk shortcut towards Second road through Soi 13/4 to Walking St. As for taking girls back to your place no problem for any girl from Walking street. You can also go to the LK Metro Thread to get more infomation on this area.

Now after visiting both places can make a determination as to how long you want to stay in Pattaya or to whether go back to Bangkok. Since you are coming in Novermber high season you might not have the flexibility of moving around from hotel to hotel in either location. If you do stay at Livingstone you might have some flexibility to return at the last minute without having to deal with the language problem trying to book a stay for the rest of your trip.

This is what I normally tell people whether they come back or not. Go to BKK first, then Pattaya and then decide?

there are so many options and i just keep going back and forth, concerning what i should do on my first trip to thailand.

i would have spent a week in pattaya for the simple reason of acclimatising to the scene and the weather in general and because it is so much more concentrated there than in bangkok. fit as much into that week as possible i. e. soi 6 / bj bar ([CodeWord900] in lk metro) in the day with gogos at night and then go to bangkok. the heat can be exhausting and its good to have options at your door step without much effort on your part.

at this point keep it open ended because you may or may not like bangkok and while it has more options its harder to get around the first time and more pricer. however there are a lot a non-mongering things to do such as visiting the grand palace, chilling with monks or getting getting drunk in kao san or whatever. this may be a good opportunity to take some pics and do pretend to do the innocent tourist thing to prove to friends and family that your visit wasn't mongering orientated. it would be a good idea to try everything from the nana parking lot, thermae, dr bj's / sol, soapies and eden at least one.

i would end my vacation from pattaya unless you want to hit the malls. this is a direct bus from the airport via bell travel and in my opinion its a lot easier than getting there from bangkok. i believe the key is to be flexible on your first visit and just go with the flow. a hotel is a hotel and you should focus on whats important. the girls.

i have a three week holiday coming up but i will spend most of the time in pattaya but i'm planning to go up country a little to explore while exploring more high end option in bangkok. i still have a lot to learn even after 6 visits.

Three weeks in Pattaya is too much. There is so much to see in Thailand and if this will ever be your only trip to the Land of Smiles, then you should really do something else besides hunting pussy.

Going to Pattaya first is not a bad idea. It is very laid back and girls are everywhere. Even if you are not into drinking (neither am I) , you can still go to a beerbar and drink soda or soft drinks. These are really nice places to pick someone up. It is my experience that I got better service from bar-girls than from agogo girls in Pattaya. In Bangkok it was the other way around.

But after two weeks, you will tire of Pattaya. There are many things to see in and around Pattaya, but as this is your first trip, it will be a challenge to organise the logistics to visit some places outside Pattaya. Unless of course you "charter" yourself a nice companion during daytime as well. Last month I stayed two weeks in Jomtien (the "family beach area" of Pattaya) with my Thai girlfriend and we have been touring outside of Pattaya and really saw some nice places (Buddha on the mountain, temples, dolphin show, big aquarium, floating market, Mini Siam, Nong Nooch garden, ...) I would never have been able to go to on my own. So get yourself someone to show you the places outside of Pattaya during the day (and show you *her* nice places during the night).

Finish your trip in Bangkok. Get yourself a hotel or serviced apartment near Soi Cowboy or Nana, so you are close to the action. I always stay at Citadines in Sukhumvit Soi 23. Walking distance to Soi Cowboy and one stop on the skytrain to Nana.

There is so much to see during the day in Bangkok. Great musea, the grand palace, the river, the markets, the shopping malls, ... It would be a pity to miss this.

I agree with Daddy. You don't have to choose, the cities are very close to each other. After your long flight, get some rest in Bangkok for a few days and see if you like it. Then go to Pat and you can always come back to the capital if you don't like that. Personally I think BKK is much better.

I prefer Pattaya because of the low prices and laid back atmosphere. There is plenty to do here besides chasing pussy.

My advice is to spend your first few days in Bangkok then move on to Pattaya. If you don't like Pattaya or get tired of it, you can spend your last few days in Bangkok which is closer to the airport.

I'm sure you'll have a great time in both places.

I strongly recommend that you spend at least a week in Bangkok. Personally I prefer to spend only 5 or 6 days in Pattaya at one time. It is a great place, but it can get old fast if you stay too long. BKK is a major city. I never get bored or run out of things to do in the big mango. So my advice, dependant on your arrival in LOS before 6pm, is to take a taxi or Mr. Keuk's car service straight to Pattaya from the airport. Once you arrive in Pat, relax, get your dick wet, get to know Thai girls and then finish your trip, the last week to ten days in Bangkok.

On your apartment option; all I can say is "its up to you." Soi LK Metro is a fine area to hang your hat. It is walking distance to Walking Street and there is always cheap local transport and motorcycle taxis to take you back and forth in case you are in a hurry, lazy, or with a girl. There is no downside to staying in Soi LK Metro and picking up girls from Walking Street. Besides, there are some interesting places to check out right there on LK Metro. Changing apartments or hotels might not be a bad idea, however, if only because it will break things up for you if you decide to stay in Pat for 2 or 3 weeks.

Yes, you are over thinking things a tad, but that is all right. You are going to have a great time no matter what you decide. The important decision was to come to LOS and after your trip, you will think it was one of the best moves you ever made.

two puzzling options for me are below:

(1) being that it's my first time, is it smart or not smart to do my entire 3 weeks in pattaya or being that it's my first time to thailand, will i probably be upset with myself if i don't spend a few days in bangkok before my trip back to pattaya? i've done the research and i see that bangkok has some stuff going on that i would be into, but it also seems that pattaya has the same things, so maybe i won't actually miss out if i do the full 3 weeks in pattaya and skip bangkok, but i don't know, because i've never been. knowing my personality, i'm not going to be into the beer bar stuff (i don't drink) or the massage stuff, i'll be more into the go-go's, discos, and bj bars. not a baller. one of the reasons that helped me make the decision to give thailand a shot (besides liking asian women. marry me lucy thai) was the lower prices.

(2) my apartment in pattaya is going to be in soi lk metro; however, i know that as a rookie, i will also be spending probably a lot of time on walking street. if i did the entire 3 weeks in pattaya, is it a mistake for a rookie to stay in the same hotel the entire time or is it a smarter strategy to reserve a couple of weeks at one spot and another week in the walking street area. that question comes up because i'm not sure if transportation to walking street from lk metro is going to be very convenient or if it will start to get costly. same for women. is it going to get costly when occasionally bringing girls from walking street area to soi lk metro, then having to pay to send them back? i'm sure as a rookie, i'll be spending at least half my time on walking street as i am a fan of the discos. however, because i am also laid back and because i strongly wanted to be in the area of [CodeWord900] and the devil's den, i got an apt in soi lk metro.

yes, i know it's my vacation and i can set this up anyway i want, but i keep going back and forth so much, i just want to ask those of you who used to be rookies what you did on your first trip and if there were any regrets. if you could have set up the trip differently, would you have?

i'm doing this trip as if i'll never return to thailand, because the truth of the matter is that this may be my first and only trip, so my perfectionist mindset (which i really hate sometimes. took me more than a month to decide on an apt) is trying my best to set this thing up correctly and i have no one in my area to bounce this off of and i am coming solo. i truly feel that i am overthinking this.

I have gone on mongering trips with friends and solo. Both ways have their virtues, but I prefer going solo. The girls are all the company I really need or want. No discusion over where to go or when to go. You do what you want when you want to do it. Now if I were going on a scuba dive trip or a trek in the Himalayas, that is another story and a couple of good friends along for the adventure are essential.

I would say it all depends. More than likely if you had a random wingman then it would probably suck. But if you already know the wingman and you are regular hangout buddies and share the same likes as far as venues are concerned then it could be a good thing. It gives you someone to share your memories with who will understand exactly what you are talking about. If you have more than one wingman it will be like herding cats and you will waste a lot of valuable time. On the other hand if you are alone then you do what the fuck you want to do when the fuck you want to do it and don't have to take anyone else into consideration. Freedom.

I prefer to fly solo when I'm on the prowl. There is nothing more tedious than the endless disputes among punters regarding itinerary. If I'm not enjoying this bar or that go-go I want to move along soonest, and I'm not interested in debating the issue with my mates. (Especially that one guy who's fallen in "lub" with the girl on his lap and who insists I stay and entertain her fat friend.)

Moreover I'm in my mid-50s now, and the hard-drinking, hair-on-fire, party-till-dawn thing just isn't my style anymore. Sincerely no offense to other gents who prefer to go big or go home. But it's just not for me these days. I've also noticed that when punters go beyond having a wing man and form into groups there is sometimes a bit of a mob mentality, and that causes them to do things that are in my estimation rather loutish. Again, I'm not calling anybody out. After all, the entire idea of a holiday in Pattaya is to do things that one cannot do at home. But my personal idea of a good time is rather more restrained, and standing off to the side while my buds act like ugly farangs is not my cup of tea.

During the day, however, when I'm chilling here or there and killing time before the sun goes down and the fun starts anew, I very much enjoy meeting the other chaps in town. Not so much the lager louts (although those guys are usually harmless) but the guys who have lives very different from mine. I never get tired of sharing a drink or a meal with them, talking about a million different things. After all, a man can only spend so much time thinking with his little head. Once in awhile he needs to exercise the big head.
