So another farang takes a hit and you have offered some sound advice. But maybe you learnt the tricks for survival in Brazil and now you're here possibly priced out of the Brazilian market. Quite a few have and me as well but what works for you doesn't work for others. Exactly Sangkid. There are many roads that lead to Rome. What works for one or is most efficient for one may not be the same for another. In the end the big picture is supposed to be getting some pussy. But how you do that is no one size fits all. Thank goodness we have many readily available options. I grew up in Atlanta and was DJing at the strip club and pimping when I was 17, so gogo bars are really boring to me. I don't drink much so the bars are out. Besides, I have a pretty big selection of alcohol in my room for those occasions when I want a drink or when females come over and want a drink. (Funny thing: I can count on one hand how many times women in Pattaya have come over and have actually wanted a drink. I guess they are more club drinkers and not real drinkers. The most common thing the pros say is that they have to drink to go with a man otherwise they could never do it. After the first time I never see them drink around me.) Even if I do go to a bar for a few minutes and see a girl (or mamasan) I like I can always convince her to call or come after work, so I have never paid a bar fine. But I'm 39 and pretty much a disco FL and non-pro guy. BTW, I moved from Rio to Pattaya. My rent in Rio had more than doubled on exchange rate alone (from $500 to over $1000) and FL pussy more than quadrupled going from anywhere between $25 and $75 to $100 basement bottom minimum. And when that happens it is time to get the fuck away. I pay $150 in Pattaya and if this place ever goes under I guess I will (try to) settle down.

Isn't this why most people come to Pattaya? Or is Pattaya now a battleground where people should come with a battle plan instead of an enjoyment plan?

It's all about experiences. You will look back on it a couple of years from now and start laughing and say that was some crazy shit that happened. I know I have done that plenty of times.

No one can predict what it will do by the end of the month. That is a skill that would be worth millions$.

My first trip to BBK is 1995 the USD rate is one to 28 bht but every thing is so much cheaper then 1200 bht for nice hotel a night in Bangkok 500 bht in the flipper lodge

In Pattaya and you can get st in Bangkok for 400 bht and all nighter in Pattaya for 500 bht at the disco.

I agree with most of what you are saying about having a good time. But, I do think a smart monger should have some sort of a battle plan when entering Pattaya. If not, you can find yourself, broke, robbed, the victim of theft, beat up, ripped off, getting an STD, etc. If you have some sort of plan, not too overly strict, you can have a safe, financially responsible awesome time.

Battle Plan equals Pay the Bar Fine. I'm still pissed about buying a new TV that I will never watch.

I don't mind paying the girls and I never try to squeeze the price down. Normally I pay bar fines and I can't remember having any problems with any girls I've taken from any bars.

My step by step plan is now.

Step 1. Enjoy myself.

Step 2. Pay the bar fine.

Step 3. Fuck the girl.

Step 4. Pay the girl.

The girls have changed and I wonder if this is this down to the different breed of tourists coming here now not willing to pay for the services the girls provide?

20/20 hindsight. The media were not involved but I'm beginning to think they should have a 24/7 channel set up just to show reports like this with you as the presenter pointing out the farang mistakes and how you the expert would deal with them (LOL).

All the vender booths are gone from Beach road now, but yesterday in the afternoon the number and quality of ladies was low. Hopefully things will improve now.

Good news and I hope you are right. Will be there on the 26th and Beach Road is my happy hunting ground.

Mistake 2: You wanted to take a BR girl for LT. BR girls are for ST and to be consumed at the ST hotel.

Mistake 3: You put your dick / wallet on the line by guaranteeing a hooker who you didn't know from Adam and have now become a statistic of why that should never be done.

Mistake 4: You offered her 200 baht. I don't care if she walked from Chiang Mai; if we didn't fuck she is not getting money. She knew from the beginning that she did not have I'd. But now you know to make sure the girl has I'd before you go on any long walks with her.

Mistake 5: After she threw the first glass you should have picked her up and put her on the other side of the door then called the front desk.

I think your assessment is basiclly sound, except for #5. No way should he forcefully lay hands on a crazy ho under those circumstances if he values his own life. He should have left the room himself and gone for security. She would then probably follow him out the door rather than wait for security to come for her.

Just to add my personal experience to the recent posts regarding problems with Thai girls. I've been coming to Pattaya for a few years and never had any problems until last week when I picked up a girl on the beach close to the Royal Garden Plaza. She spoke very good English and was very friendly and touchy. We agreed a price of 1, 500 Baht for long time. She came back to my hotel and her mood seemed to change as soon as we entered reception who asked for her I'd card. She didn't have it and they had a heated exchange in Thai. At the end of it the hotel Manager said he would let her up to my room as long I guaranteed her. At this point she got all touchy again and I assumed everything would be OK. In my room her mood changed again and the first thing she said was pay me now. I told her I would pay later in the way I always do. No, no, no she said. I didn't like her attitude and told her she'the better leave. You pay me now or I not leave. I offered her 200 Baht as I thought that should be OK for walking me to my hotel. She picked up a glass and threw it at my head. Luckily I ducked and the glass smashed into the wall causing no damage. I grabbed the room phone and called Reception to send Security to my room. I had to restrain her whilst I did this. After the call she broke free and started throwing things at me. She also pushed the television of its stand where it crashed to the floor. Security arrived and took her out of my room and downstairs where she broke free and ran away. This shook me up. The police came and took a report but they didn't seem to think they could find the girl. I decided to check out and head for Bangkok. The hotel charged me for a new TV and a few other damages.

Speaking of security issues, on two occasions the phone did not ring in my room after pleasurable sessions. When I went to the lobby some hours later my "friend" at reception said "Why you not answer your phone after lady go?"

Hmmm. Maybe I was drugged or dead. Why you not come find out? The wire in the bottom of the phone was not fully engaged.

One girl had promised to say with me for LT, but at around 5AM her phone starts ringing and she throws a fit and decides that she has to leave but will come back in one hour. I told her that was fine and when she is back in one hour she can sleep in my room, and after our morning session when we wake up she can collect her money for LT. She wants payment now, to which I respond that she hasn't been with me for very long and we have only done it once so that is ST and not LT. After a bit or arguing she is so rushed that she agrees, and leaves with the ST money.

Being a bit drunk, and also irritated since she was a stunner and I wanted to do her some more and also take some pictures of her I decided to mess with her a bit more, so when reception calls my room I walk out on the balcony and stay there. Phone keeps ringing and I ignore it. After about five minutes there is a knock on my door and it is hotel security checking that I am ok, he calls downstairs and they release the girl. I go back to my balcony and watch her leave and jump in the car that is waiting for her, smile at her and wave "good bye". She gives me the finger, I just give her a big smile back. And surprise surprise, she did not return to finish of the LT session.
