The truth is that it is crowded. Regarding the hotels it depends on the area you want to stay, how long and how much you want to spent.

The best value for money ones are already taken. Book your self one for a couple of nights and start searching once you are here. That's the way I do it.

Many places where you can have a coffee and connect for free. Simply ask for the password. Eg almost all places in the "Avenue" shopping mall on second road.
