What is the best way to find a nice apartment in Pattaya? Does anyone know a real estate agent that I can contact?

Outside in front of Central Festival is one the biggest Christmas trees that I have seen in my life. It is like 5 stories high. Where the hell do they store that thing and how do they assemble it.

May I seek advice for a Dec Holiday visit around 18 to 26 of Dec? Wondering if Pats light up differently during Christmas holidays (good or bad). Any advice please as I never been in Patts during holidays.

I was just there in Aug and couple of months before that. So it will be 3 time around this year. I was told, December attracts larger crowd and may make the scene livelier.

That is around high season and there will be more tourists, but also more girls. Most of the girls could care less about Christmas, which makes the place a good choice. I was there the same time frame last December and had a blast as usual.

Thanks for an excellent recommendation. Who knows what we will do? Might even stay overnight in Pattaya to see how the place has morphed over more than two decades since I last last there.

We'll be on a cruise a year from now. My plan is to taxi from Laem Chabang to Bangkok, get a room on the river, spend the night and then head back to the port. But what about alternatives. Been to Pattaya. Does Chonburi and environs offer anything? I'm mostly interested just in watching Thai life and spend time on a beach, preferably with clean water. May do a massage or two.

You could try Bang Saen,

A nice quiet 'Thai style' beach resort and quite near Laem Chambang.

I recently spent a few days there with a playmate. Rather relaxing, and GREAT sea food.

In my opinion a rather nice place to spend a day or two IF you have company but NOT one to go alone!

The best 2 hotels are probably Sez and Tides but there are others.

I tried uploading 4 x pics and the website said "The file (s) uploaded were too large to process." So I tried uploading 1 x pic and the website said "Friend 6, Oct 2011, Pic 1. JPG. Upload of file failed." Epic fail on my part and I've given up on trying to upload anything.

There are different tiers that increase in price. All barfinable.

Tier 1 = Waitress.

Tier 2 = Hostess.

Tier 3 = Dancer / Showgirl

What can be the price difference between these? And is there a price difference just between barfine or also for ST and LT fee?
