I took my first trip to Pattaya earlier this year. I’ve been to Bangkok a couple of times but really wanted to know what pattaya was like, especially after reading the posts on this and other forum exhaustively!

Too much time has past since my holiday to do a day by day account, so these are the mixed ramblings of a Pattaya newbie. Old hands will cringe at my mistakes but hopefully they will help others avoid them!

I stayed at LK Metropole, recommended on here. I was in a standard room. I wanted a suite but they’d all gone. But it was a pretty good place to stay and very gf. Only negative was that it's a bit far from walking street, especially if you don't like walking much in the heat, but the moto taxis from outside the hotel were a great way to get around.

Being so close, Rockhouse became my regular hangout. I was made to feel welcome there and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I bf’d a girl from there, the cashier – not there now, on my second night in town. She is bright and good company although not brilliant in the sack. Took her a couple of times and had lunch with her one day too. Of course, this meant that all the other girls pretty much took it that I was Joy’s so everytime I went back, they were friendly but didn’t try and turn on the charm to get bf’d….so in hindsight was probably a mistake to take a girl so early from the bar I was going to hang out at - when I didn’t want to take her again!

The Rockhouse doesn’t open til 4 (or didn’t then) and it was very quiet for the first hour or so, but the bar next door which has the girls living above the premises was open all day. There was a girl there who spoke fluent English and was a good laugh, and I enjoyed going there around 3 to have a drink, chat, play pool. That was pretty good and I took this girl from there…she spoke hardly any English but was cute and seemed to have a nice personality…and was good in bed!

Was weird the looks the girls gave each other from there and the Rockhouse though, very aggressive! Maybe it wasn’t so wise to switch between the two next door bars!

I hooked up with a couple of American guys at Secrets bar. We went to dinner then two of us went off to a gogo. We had a great time and both took dancers. She wanted 2000 long time but said she would have to leave at 6am! Didn’t find this out til we were in the room so after I’d had my fun, I suggested she leave, it was 4.30 anyway and I didn’t want to get woken again at 6! Big mistake not to agree the price and time upfront, but too much lust and too many beers took over!

One thing I didn’t do was hook up with a girl for a couple days or so. Next time I will do this. Yes, there will be a next time!

For my last night I bf’d a coyote from Secrets (no pic of her, sorry). I had a great night, went to a disco together before crashing out back at the hotel.

I took a couple of soi 6 girls too, service was good as so many others have said…the second was excellent, but wouldn’t allow nude pics. Shame!

Unfortunately I got a cold when I was there, which took all my energy for the last couple of days in pattaya, will eat better and rest more next time!

I took a couple of days in BKK on my way back home, met this girl in the Beergarten. She may not be the best looking but she had a good body and a really sweet attitude. Her name is Bee and I would recommend her!

Well there you go, end of my ramblings….I had a good time in Pattaya but also realise I can do things differently and have a better time next time! Pics are in the photo section.

I would tend to agree that 2000 to 3000 is way on the high end for Pattaya and that is a price more so if you were in Bangkok rather in Pattaya. I could take two girls LT from a beer bar pay them and the bar fine for less then 3000 bahts. That's just my experience on my trips over the past three years visiting Thailand.

Dude! What do think I mean? Girl+barfine+drinks+drinks at other bars before you finally find the girl you want=2000-3000 baht.
