Helicopter bar is located around the middle of the soi on the right side when you enter from Beach road. There are indeed ladies available in Pattaya, plenty of them. The only issues are that the best ones are usually busy during High Season, and prices are higher.

Anyone who comes to Pattaya now will do fine, just maybe spend a couple of hundred dollars more than normal.
