One thing I have definitely learned being here all these years is that Thais don't understand real estate / business 101. Location, location, location. I have known some Thais to open their businesses in the most obscure locations where it will never see any traffic. Surprise's new location will see plenty of traffic. Unfortunately the traffic will be passing it going 80 kph towards the direction of Bangkok. The joke is on them. Really dumb business move.

Government schools you have to wonder what they teach them. My useless daughter in law has a Thai Master degree in Accounting yet recently she couldn't even add up in her head 69-31 without a calculator.
Surprise! Remember the place prior to them leaving looking for a new space. As much as they were selling at the hole in the wall near corner of Soi 21, and Buakhao both had very limited English, I tried to help them out finding out the rent they were paying. They show me a new picture of the new location it was all the way up Sukhumvit, just after Makro, prior to Lotus. Then she was happy said the rent was dirt cheap.
The flyer indicated it was on Sukhumvit 44/44, there is no such SOI, 44, was all the way North, near the boxing ring prior to Covid the large Muag Thai boxing ring before Pattaya Klang. Not wanting to question them and lost of face I thought you got to be kidding, you are leaving Baukhao going where, I felt even if they paid more in the same area could keep the base of customer I had a few suggestion for them.
Sat. My brother wanted to know the new location so I said you buy I fly. The time was like 5 pm when we pulled up. She was happy to see me I asked her Sabai Dee hows business I thought she was going to cry! A sign even that early she could only muster up two large orders of ribs I don't see them being there long cheap rent or not, unless you know of them cars are flying by at 100 KM / H.
This is pretty much Business and common sense 101 here in Thailand.

Had a nice session in sabai dee today. While leaving decided to check out the food stalls in central marina just in front of sabai dee.
Couldn't help but notice so less number of customers compared to the food stalls. Just wondering what they do if their stock doesn't get sold? Keep trying to sell everyday till it rots?

Just a friendly reminder. Don't forget to wear protection! It might be fun jumping from one chick to the next, smashing everyone left and right, but yes weiner spooge is real and your PP will be BRICKED for the next week or so. If it happened to me, it can happens to you.
(yes, I got gonorrhea from Pattaya after going bareback with a few chicks. I believe 3 was the number).
No, it's not fun squeezing your weiner and seeing gross darky spooge come out! So slap that monkey tire on (and keep it there, too).

This will be the time girls have a shortage of customers. Many TF girls who have been very busy since November will be available.
The months to better not be in Pattaya are November-December-January-February-March.

This will be probably be my last visit to pattaya in a while. After a few days here I had enough sex with mediocre women, poisoned my liver with cheap alcohol and ate enough Thai food to make the thought of eating another pad Thai makes me sick. Instead of waiting on my TF short time which is late 30 minutes and keep texting me she's coming I rather be in Egypt to see the pyramids or in Greece to see the acropolis, a cooking class in Italy or a safari in Africa. Those the kind of things that creates memories not drinking cheap beers and banging hookers.
So yeah to answer your question pattaya never stops but the reason less people go during the summer is because the weather is very hot.

Posts: 15815Business as usual. I told her that she can not have another man because she lives with me from now on. She said you pay me? I said no, you stay here for love. She said I can not eat love. I said okay I give you food too.

Drove through Soi 13/4 yesterday. I saw a new sign literally going up at the old Penthouse Hotel. I stopped and talked to a gentleman there. He said it would be opening up on 5 April and there will be a gogo attached. He told me to come by for the opening celebration. He said you can make hotel reservations at the website penthousepattaya.
