If you are Indian and have the expectation for BBFS on your first encounter with a girl, I also believe you would be better off in some other place than Pattaya or Thailand in general (maybe somewhere in Indian subcontinent?) as the combination of your requirements really make your odds pretty slim. It's nothing to do with the bar owners. Non-westernized Indian mongers who travel behave like savages. They don't use deodorant and therefore stink. I'm brown with a beard (not Indian) and I don't recall experiencing any racism of this sort in Thailand. I smell good, I'm respectful and I like a good deal but I'm not cheap.
