I had become an inveterate barebacker by the time I reached 48. In my Indonesian days (first decade of the century) I hardly ever used a condom. Unfortunately the Sagamis top out at 54. I've found the Skyn large (56's) to be by far the best condom. And remember lube up your pecker or the inside of the condom before you put it on. Makes a huge difference in sensation.

And as stated above I'm very concerned about multi-drug resistant STIs. I'd love to BB, but every time I get the old fella near one bare I seem to catch something. And man, when those infections get into your prostate they take forever to get rid of.

Airline price and availability is another factor that can slow progress in Thailand. In April I bought my tickets for November 2022, price wasn't too bad, but availability of flights was poor and I will have an extremely long layover. If I bought those same tickets today, the price is more than double what I paid in April. I'm looking into tickets for February 2023 and they are double what I paid for my February 2022 trip.

Yesterday my friend discovered that his tickets will be more than double what he paid last trip, unless prices come down he will cancel his trip.

You are better off going to Brazil, or P. I. , or the Dominican Republic. Of course, if you want cheap. Russia, certain cities in the Ukraine (your money would be helping the war effort) and the same goes for Sri Lanka, no war but they need your money.

But if you have money to burn coming here why not check out Bhutan. They only want an arm and a leg and a second arm and leg to vacation there and you can't even dick around.

Concerning price, I have ladies come to my condo for 3 or 4 hours, and I pay 2000 baht. If I have 2 ladies come in one day, I might skip sex with one, but still pay her 2000 baht (for her time).

Since I live in Pattaya, the ladies treat me well, since I am a long time customer. Plus, I occasionally will take a lady on a holiday abroad, and they love that.

So, a repeat 2000 baht customer is gold for the ladies, especially if I have them come in the daytime, when its hard to get a customer.

When I was just a tourist, my only options for ladies were massage shops and beer bars, so having them come to my condo is a big improvement.

When I watch recent movies in YouTube I get the feeling that things are still very slow in Pattaya and only some spots have opened up. Would be great if someone who is in Pattaya or recently have been could confirm (or share his opinion on the scene)? Also read that TF may be one option to be seriously considered. I have previously always picked up the girl in person but this time I will give TF a try.

Maybe I will give the Sagami a try. Or I buy them as a back up, just in case I meet a girl who I really want to fuck, even if she insists on a condom. Doesn't happen very often, but it happens sometimes.

I don't use ED medication anymore. I have tried it a couple of times, but in most cases it made my dick too insensitive to cum. And I only used a quarter or a third of a 50 MG tablet.

I agree that some of the bacterial VDs are much scarier than AIDS, but I haven't contracted a VD anymore since 2015. Hope to keep it that way. Fingers crossed.
