The quarantine requirements have ended, when you arrive you won't even need a Thailand Pass.

That's something that depends on your activities, budget 2,000 per girl (averaging out ST & LT) and extra for food and drink. If you plan on going to a gogo then expect to pay 6,000+ for a girl. Don't ignore the beer bars even if you don't drink, they can have some good looking girls at a decent price, (watch your drinks bill as it's easy to go up to 2000 buying lady drinks).

Seems like very reasonable prices to me. I can budget with that very well. I will also check out the bar girls if they're of that much higher quality than beach road. I've only been watching beach road clips on YouTube and I liked that there's lots of variety and choices. Now that I hear Thai pass, quarantine rules and even Insurance stuff have been lifted, I can't wait to have the most amazing week in Pattaya.

The quarantine requirement and PCR-test were already lifted as of May 1, for vaccinated people.

No quarantine will be needed. Also no more Thai Pass and insurance is no longer required. There was talk of extending the free visa entry from 30 to 45 days but I haven't heard anything about that.

But I will tell you that people in other threads as well as facebook have reported getting different prices from different chicks around the mongering world. One buddy even reported about a chick he knew in once city and that fetching a certain price, but when she went to another city she wanted a different price. My hypothesis is always as I have professed; that these prices are not static.

I agree with this as I've experienced the same. Girls asking different prices in Bangkok than Pattaya.

I have a quick question guys.

I'm planning for a monger week holiday (7 days) in Thailand next month, Pattaya to be specific. Could someone give me a vague estimation (USD or THB) of an average spender guy who would like a taste of pattaya beauties for a week? My plans for a week will revolve around beach road or girls off Thai friendly (these are perfect places according to reports off the internet and on this forum).

I'm not much of a drinker or party guy, but I thought Pattaya would be my perfect monger destination for my short holiday. Thanks.

Mr E I Live in Bangkok and visit Pattaya often. You are not getting special pricing you are selecting different ladies. If you want I'll prove it by selecting the ladies and getting their price and then ask you to get a price from the exact same lady. Simple test.

One of the most important relaxations of the day is surely the cancelation of the Thailand Pass including:

Revoking the Thailand Pass for international visitors.

International visitors will only be checked for the vaccination certificate or ATK test result at random. Unvaccinated visitors / not fully vaccinated who are checked at random will need to take an ATK test. This is expected to be lifted when the emergency decree ends, which is staying for the time being.

Removing temperature and respiratory checkpoints at the international entrances.

Changes / Removal to Covid-19 insurance requirements. This is still a question mark as of press time with mixed messages and may need further clarification.

Replacing the Thailand Pass with only a basic Health Declaration Form as needed.

Some of the above changes are effective immediately and some will follow after the Gazette is released, according to the CCSA.

This is a developing story, notes TPN, and this article may be updated or adjusted if more information is released.

So you are saying the same girls would not charge different people different prices? The guys have criteria for selecting ladies, but the ladies do not have criteria for who they charge what?

Thailand Pass is no more starting July 1st!

I'm glad LBM was wrong too but I felt the same way. According to the article posted (thanks Love Seeker) we just need to wait for the official order from the Royal Gazette whatever that means. Hopefully they act quickly. Looks like bars can stay open until 2 AM but I am curious to hear about the insurance. There was also talk about a Visa extension to 45 days, guess we'll have to wait on that.

The Center for Covid-19 Situation (CCSA) has reportedly given the green light to restore nationwide green zones, cancel Thailand Pass, ease the mask mandate in open areas, and extend legal closing hours for nightlife outlets to 2 AM.

Essentially, today's measures bring to an end over two years of Covid-19 restrictions and rules, except for the emergency decree and some masking recommendations.

A source at the regular CCSA meeting today, June 17th, 2022, led by the director PM Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha reports that the CCSA has consented to reclassify the entire nation's color-zoning into what they call green zones (surveillance). All Pilot Tourist Areas will be lifted as well. These changes will go into effect as soon as the official legal order in the Royal Gazette is released, and is expected to legally take effect on July 1st, 2022.

Moreover, the CCSA has also decided to move the legal closing hours for nightlife outlets from midnight to pre-pandemic hours or around 2 AM though the mask mandate is still "recommended" in crowded spaces but is relaxed in open / outdoor spaces. However, an exact date for easing of the mask mandate has NOT been announced and is NOT set in stone as July 1st, notes the CCSA, and will depend on the upcoming Royal Gazette order.

The transportation of migrant workers has also been reverted back to normal.

A source also reports that normal temperature checkpoints at each facility have been given the go-ahead to be removed as well except in certain facilities at risk of transmission. A large gathering of more than 2,000 participants will need permission from the Provincial Communicable Disease Committee before taking place.

It is important to note that provincial governors still have the ability to strengthen rules if they choose to do so and that nothing is "official" until printed and released in the Royal Gazette.

I second and third that but all the talk about it the government has been silent in regards to it! The TAT Minister who is basically 3rd in charge has brought it up in the past and as recently as Monday. Will they listen to his request this time history has shown they have tabled it each time!

I'm crossing my fingers since I finally pull the trigger and got a flight departing July 9th, returning July 25th, hoping not to have to apply for the return but right now all the talk is about MASK a mini topic compare to the TP at the meeting, then you got the cancellation of the TM-6 temporary for arrival nothing but crumbs compare to removing TP. Personally, their history I don't see it happening but this is one time I hope I get " You were wrong "!

Another possible explanation is, that you are a familiar face in Thai Friendly. At least I assume you have an ongoing membership, as you spend a lot of time in Pattatya. So girls know that you live here, and therefore quote you a lower price.
Or you are just a handsome man. But so am I, so that cannot be the reason.
