Maybe yes, maybe no, I think this depends on the time of year, time of day, the Girl, the price, the pitch- in my past two visits I stayed in Dongtan Beach (about Jomtien Soi 0) 30 days each visit, I had two ladies who wanted extra taxi money from Nakuala +140, the other 50+ ladies had no objection. Thaifriendly is the other option. Maybe you can find something acceptable for 1500. ST of course. I don't think a lot of girls would go for 2000 LT. But who knows, you might get lucky.

The better-looking girls on TF or on Soi 6 willl quote 2000 for short time. On Soi 6 you need to add 350-400 for the room. That's only for the better-looking ones though, ie the top 15% on Soi 6 and maybe the top 20% on TF.

Gogos = 3000ST (plus barfine).

Soi 6 = 1500ST (maybe more).

You will never know if you do not go. From being on this board over the years, it seems that most guys consider 2000 baht a bargain whether short or long.
