Agree with Mr. E and Banana Boi. I was in Pattaya in Feb. 2020 just before Covid. Most of the WS bars I frequented had shot girls strolling around in addition to ladydrinks. Barfines were 1500 Baht before midnight and 1000 Baht after with LT prices from 3000-5000 Baht depending on the girl and your negotiating skills. It does not sound like a ripoff as much as it sounds like you not knowing what goes on in clubs these days. What you describe is a shooter girl. They usually go around the club carrying bottles or shots on a tray or in a holder for impulse buying.
