There is no thick line between where hookers will work. They usually go where they will get paid. Anyhow I reckon a 800/1200 bar fine is outrageous. Reminds me of those "laminated price lists" thrown under your nose by mama-San's with premium prices pretending they are the official prices. It's been like two weeks. We are still waiting on "those reports" in Tijuana juts like when you were in Pattaya.
