After all these years I think I am finally putting 2 and 2 together. This is like some 40 Year Old Virgin shit. When I was 13,14, and 15 me and my friends had season passes for Six Flags. They had a teen disco called Graffiti's. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we would go there and have a contest to see who could get the most phone numbers from chicks. In the Navy and college we would go to parties and clubs and meet chicks the same way.

For the past 16 years I have been on this website talking about exploits mostly with normal chicks that I did not have to pay in various countries and so many people have called bullshit. I have never understood that so many guys see fucking normal women as some kind of extraordinary feat.

I never said go to the market and offer 1,000 baht to a chick you like. You approach them as any other normal man I know approaches a female on planet earth. You converse with them and feel them out to see where their head is and exchange information and go from there. In places like Buakhao Market, if it turns out the chick is a hooker, then you pay her. If it turns out she is just a normal chick then you don't and you establish friendships and relationships from there.

For me it is second nature to talk to members of the opposite sex, but it seems for others it is kryptonite. In Thailand, besides hookers, there are plenty of great chicks that are not hookers, but I guess people do not want to bother or disrespect them by saying hello, how are you and having a normal conversation.

Before it was 3-4 (one to two month long) trips a year as a tourist, no ThaiFriendly, and very very very few Beach Road adventures. It was Gogo bars or bust for me every night. Heck, I didn't even go to local markets like I do everyday now.

But LBM is right, for newbies, it will take some stalking and paying attention. Connect the dots and make the connection from the ThaiFriendly profile to the girl buying morning glory. Think of Pattaya as a big Jefferson High School, those in the game and can peep out who is who, are like the "Fonz. OK, each to their own. Some people believe sitting down at a poker table is investing. Playing the FX markets is just another form of gambling even for the big boys, who have access to more information and more computer power than the rest of us could ever imagine. Hey, if your good at and make money call it whatever you want, but its not investing.

Whether it's investing or not I imagine depends on how narrow you define investing. It's true trading futures is indeed high risk and I have had more margin calls than I care to remember. For what? The beauty of Pattaya is that you can always call over a different chick. There is no need to go out to find one or have one live with you because of scarcity. The stinking virus made my life much better. I picked up more hobbies and made more money investing. It broadened my horizons rather than stick to doing the same old routine that I had been doing for years and had become complacent with.

Expenses reduced, savings getting better and new hobbies developed, I agree my friend. But time is loosing and male menopause on door step. That is the worry. He he. Looks like they're making quarantines 14 days mandatory again due to the recent covid outbreak, regardless of whether you have a vaccine or not. I wish they put some data out for their reasoning for this. If any of the recent outbreak was due to tourists who were released out of quarantine too early, I'd understand the reaction. But this seems to be just a draconian measure, similar to their restriction of alcohol sales.

When it comes to Thais and their leadership they don't lead they follow! My favorite saying " monkey see monkey do " once you get it every article every suggestion daily put out you will understand it is just white lies, smoke, or mirrors, call it whatever you want even be. S. Thai endorse like every country the " art of war " deflect and continue to deflect! If it is clearly green they will tell you it isn't.

You talk about them putting data that isn't going to happen! Prior to the 3rd wave although slow there was some light at the end of the tunnel because as slow as the vaccine is coming to Thailand it was coming at some point they could sit back and wait and delay until their production factory ramp up the Astra bad timing call it what you want but the 3rd wave came. I've said from the beginning on another forum you can't stop it sooner or later it will come in some form it has always been my view it will come within their own borders.

This time around the beginning they had no excuse to blame the foreigner but as time went on they find a reason, that reason is deflecting where the problem started now slowly pointing to the foreigners we are back to square one foreigners are the problem. So Yes their leaders will again impose what they think works best, put back the 14 days quarantine regardless of an outsider being vaccine or not, back to lockdowns, it isn't rocket science that the number of people coming in being quarantine or vaccinated isn't even close to those being infected the last few months. The numbers don't justify the blame!

Months, now out here on the Darkside they have been testing locals even before the 3rd breakout locals were talking even they felt something wasn't right. Right now it is panic this time locals are scared and their leaders are the blame. While they were worrying about tourist point fingers getting up each morning talking about a bubble, quality tourist, sandbox, did nothing constructive in a year to get ready for the outbreak now it is here they are ramping up talking about the " sputnik " In all their talk there has been no evidence of one case of a foreigner legally being quarantine spreading the virus.

This puppet leader has no idea what color socks he is wearing, doesn't even know he has already gotten the vaccine, Astra, that by science standard he doesn't have to wear a mask, puts himself out there to be an idiot doesn't even know the fine for not wearing a mask when he supposedly endorses the law, has to call to find out what an idiot! Sorry, just a rant!

To end, we are back to square one until the roll out the vaccine which will be mainly Astra, to their people and there is some herd immunity quickly and things change you won't see any leader here making the decision to open until China tells them it is okay.

I am in Pattaya now, although I am in quarantine, I am overlooking 3rd Road, and can see its very quiet. Yet another level of restrictions have been imposed. The only good news is that the number of new infections is leveling off, maybe bars will open on June 1.
