I'm pretty sure the bars that do have rooms, keep the guest rooms and st rooms totally separate.

The guest rooms will definitely have their own shower.

Can't remember which bars have rooms as it's been a few years since my last trip but the rooms at the Queen Vic weren't bad when I stayed there and the Sunday carvery was nice too.

I rarely slept before the bars closed.

I have seen live streaming from the camera side. The ladies get paid based on customers paying them by number or name. If a lady has 0 customers, she makes 0 baht, they don't share the money.

As far as ladies on Soi 6 turning down drinks or ST, they may merely be a result of a regular customer coming, and they don't want to be seen with another customer when he shows up.

For sure, I'm well aware of how noisy it is throughout the night with the traffic, people, construction, etc. Depending on how expensive it is, I might just try it for a week. There's the convenience of being right next to all the action, food, beer, and the beach. But inconvenience of bad sleep.
