Anyway, I am in Pattaya, and am interested in how to hook up with ladies without using "dating" web sites.

Of course. We're talking about dating and hook up sites. Everybody rounds up or down on some details here and there. There is only a small chance she's going to show up looking as good as she does in her best photo. Probably more like 5 years older and 4 kilos heavier than her worst photo.

No, not quite that. These are Thai girls who are looking for a farang husband and want to live in his western country. They are willing to do months of Line video chats before meeting in Thailand followed by a month long sexcation. If marriage happens, great, if not she had a month vacation, eating nice food, taking tours, and staying in resorts she could never afford. Implicit in the marriage deal is a lifetime supply of money sent to her poor Issan family. There are many western men looking for this, half of me wants that while the other half wants an endless supply of agogo, massage, and free lancer girls.

But there is a lot of flexibility in the terms "20" year old, "hot", "tourist", "40+" and "free" regarding a dating site encounter.

Maybe she's 20. More likely she's closer to 30, mid to late 20's at best.

When I meet non pro girls online it seems to be very important for them to quickly establish how long I have been here and how long do I plan to stay here. With P4P girls too, I suppose, but not as consistently.

Some young party girls who don't appear to need the money and flat out say on their profiles, in effect, that if you offer them money or think they are a prostitute they will block you immediately are also the ones most likely to designate an 18-30 year age range for the men they want to meet.
